Lovely budget hotel a few minutes walk from the old town. Rooms are spacious with soft comfortable beds and great showers. Aside from a little bit of damp in the room, it's perfect. The hosts are adorable, so hospitable and kind. Breakfast is beautiful and the black coffee some of the best we had in Vietnam.

The location is perfect because it is at the beginning of the ancient city, out of the noise and chaos.
Super comfy beds, cozy and decorated rooms, perfect bathroom, and super breakfast! We extended our stay because we had a really good time and the city of Hoi An is wonderful.

We love Hoianian central villa! I only wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff are sooooo sweet and have truly gone out of their way to be helpful and hospitable. The balcony is lovely and private and the breakfast was really exceptional. I am so impressed by the quality of our stay, especially given the low price. The room was very clean. Our next time in Hoi An, we will definitely be returning !

Very good location to go for a walk in old town.

Really centrally located, easy walking distance to all the markets. Breakfast menu was simple and healthy and finished off with a selection of sliced fresh fruits. Felt very well looked after and would happily stay there again.

Although Google says "this is a 4 star hotel", and although it was wonderful (I"ll give it 5 stars for what it is), it is neither a hotel, or what we in the US would call "4 star". Its also not a "homestay" as I would think of it. There are 5 rooms that the family rents out; each clean and simple with new bathroom fixtures. One or two flights of stairs. Breakfast served for guests (do not eat with family). Nothing fancy. Great location. Susan, the friendly competent and helpful proprietor, speaks good English. She also runs an excellent upscale restaurant on the river, Faifoo Central.
