The hotel room is very spacious and grand. The hotel is located in a desirable location. We found a small local noodle restaurant the food is excellent and price is very reasonable. The hotel is not far from Dong Ba market and there are plenty of fruit and veggies in the surrounding areas.

This hotel was really interesting as it felt like an older hotel and had a kind of old skool atmosphere. Room service came by twice a day and changed our towels which I found interesting. The staff were very lovely and we enjoyed the live music.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Beds are comfortable, breakfast - huge choice, location was very convenient for us.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Vietnam, a true five-star experience. The room is beautiful and comfortable, the staff are attentive and friendly, and the breakfast is one of the best in the city. Plus, there's live music in the lobby every evening.

The rooms need some updating. The pool was full with kids from a school, very noisy and busy. The staff weren’t the nicest in town, and I would expect more from a 5 star hotel.

Hotel exceeded expectations. Large rooms, friendly staff and massive outlay of breakfast. Huge pool and a few English channels on the TV. Not much to do around the hotel but walking street is about 10 minutes walk away with lots of good food options.

Upgraded to family room due to lack of enough delux twin. Room was two time big but not so fancy. Sofa is too old and not clean at all and bath room is not work properly. The partial sea view room on a high floor offered a great view. The rooftop pool was amazing with good views and wasn't too crowded, so we could actually swim. The restaurant was also fantastic; breakfast ended at 10 AM, but we could get our food before then and take our time eating without any issue. We even received a voucher for a free 30-minute massage. Pretty good 4-star hotel. It’s right in front of my Khe beach so great if you wanna spend time on the beach. Plenty of food options nearby within 5-10 min walk. This hotel is by the sea. If you book in advance, the price can be excellent. I booked last minute on the 8th, avoiding the National Day holiday rush. It was especially good – a large pool, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious with lots of choices, catering well to Chinese tastes. In the room, the power outlets were convenient, and it was spacious and beautiful.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right on the beach. Waking up to the sea view is amazing, and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast selection is quite rich, and overall, it offers great value for money. The only downside is that the bar across the street can be quite noisy at night, and you can hear it from your room.

Stayed for four nights. For the last night, my original room wasn't available, so I chose one with a smaller side window that offered a partial sea view. It was much quieter, but the room was noticeably smaller.

When I book my room few months ago, I have a special request for the hotel not to offer me a room in the end of the hallway, but too bad, when I arrived and check in, they give me a room in the end of the hallway,  I was so FCUKING MAD, at the end they offered me another room with better location. It’s a FCUKING DISABLED ROOM. Will never book this **** HOLE again.

overall a good hotel. Nicely located close to train station en the palace. Rooms are not that big, but good bed, tv, and bathroom. Although the shower is in the bathtub. But the rooms are noisy, you hear the people next door talking and moving furniture. But if they act normal no issue. Nice little pool wilt sun beds. The garden well taken care of. All staff very helpfull and speak good English.

Best Hotel so far in Vietnam. Staff are friendly We have very nice breakfast and afternoon tea at 2pm every day. They have different varieties of foods everyday for breakfast . The price of our room is 1.2 million VND for 2 double bed (we put it together) as you can see in my photo.

In the double room, only one side of the bed had a charging port at the headboard, which was very inconvenient. Other than that, it was fine. The breakfast buffet was very rich, and there was afternoon tea by the pool, which was quite convenient for me.

I stayed one night with my mom, and it was perfect for us to explore Han Market and Han River. The pick-up service and breakfast were amazing. This was my second visit, and the river view truly stands out as the best among all the hotels in the area. I'll definitely be returning! The location is fantastic too, being within walking distance of Han Market and the Pink Church. Plus, there are so many great restaurants and massage shops nearby, which made my stay absolutely perfect.

This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as the most beautiful! There are tons of activities right by the beach, like kayaking, beach volleyball, and archery. A bit disappointed I didn't see any monkeys, but there were plenty of squirrels around. Eating at the hotel is extremely overpriced, and very few staff members speak Chinese.

This resort is nestled deep within Monkey Mountain, operating on a tipping system and charging strictly per person. I highly recommend staying for at least 2 nights to fully enjoy the luxurious hotel facilities and beach yoga activities.

Service and hospitality were excellent, and the rooms were of a very high standard. Pricing is steep by Vietnamese standards and closer to luxury hotels and restaurants in London or New York. Overall, I felt the experience justified the cost, even if the price level was higher than expected.

Couldn't have asked for a more satisfying experience. The rooms are incredibly unique, the service is warm, attentive, and professional, and you can spot rare wildlife right from the hotel. The room was quite spacious, like a suite, with a sofa and a coffee table. It was also very quiet, and the beach was within walking distance. It's a shame it rained, so I couldn't see the sea and just headed straight to Ba Na Hills the next day.

The hotel is clean and the service is great. There are several leisure streets just a few blocks downstairs. It's only a few minutes' walk to the beach, and a taxi ride to the airport takes about 15 minutes.

This hotel is located right by Da Nang beach, just a five-minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so the location is great. The hotel also sells tickets for trips to Hoi An and Ba Na Hills, which is good value for money. The front desk staff, CHI, was excellent; she spoke English, Chinese, and Vietnamese and was very welcoming.

The sea view room offers an absolutely stunning view. The balcony directly faces the ocean, and you can even see the Guanyin statue. Waking up around 5 AM to watch the sunrise from the balcony, then going back to sleep, was incredibly peaceful. The service was also excellent. Highly recommend! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Vietnam.

i like the hotel located near the Hoi An old town and close by the beach. Pools and Spas are great, I like like the village style of the resort, the A/C in our villa is strong enough, water pressure in the shower is great. The pool in our villa is clean, bed is comfortable. overall not bad for a 4 star hotel, if the interior and maintanence can be improved , I would come back again

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms and staff were amazing. The location during our stay was not the greatest as the weather was bad and the area was a lot more quiet/dead than other areas we visited. If you are looking to kick back and relax it is a beautiful spot.

I had a great experience staying at Savouna Hotel in Da Nang. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. Great location and very nice hotel. The rooms can hear any noise in the hallways and there were some lat night partiers that came back and were talking in the hallways for quite some time. This is not the hotels fault but just awareness for it. Otherwise it is very quiet. It has a nice rooftop patio.

Hotel is conveniently located near the My Khe beach. Service is good. Seems like the toilet drainage system in the shower and wash basin needs to be attended to.
