You definitely get what you pay for… we spent $6 USD for a night here. Rooms look modern, there’s hot water, and an elevator. But the staff doesn’t speak much English so it was hard to communicate. The room itself was really humid despite blasting the AC. There was a moldy smell that I just couldn’t get used to. And for some odd reason, there were wet pillows that smelled bad in the closet. Not sure...

Decent rooms, comfortable beds. Shower is not really hot but great location for the beach. Ac worked when I arrived but then stopped working Check the price beforehand because they will just throw out a number and see if you will pay it. First girl asked me to pay 250,000, second guy a few hours later said 300,000 ... meanwhile the rooms are posted online at 200,000

I stayed here last year for 10 weeks, as I was stuck during the first lockdown. I have recently just stayed again for 3 weeks. The hotel is still as good as ever. Last year I was on the 5th floor with a view of the ocean. This time I was on the 4th floor and had the front room so I had a great view of the ocean. Rooms are cheap, very clean, reception and housekeeping staff are great, wifi works well...

Super clean, close to the beach and good restaurants. Was probably beachfront property years ago but now highrise buildings obstruct to view. The smiling receptionists were a joy but they were not very helpful with siteseeing or hiring a private car to Hue...actually said you can't drive over Hai Van pass! But if you want clean, basic rooms WITH an elevator you won't go wrong at Zalo Sea.

The location of the hotel is great and everything is within easy walking distance of a short taxi/bike ride away. The hotel itself was clean but all the decor is outdated and furnishings are very old. Overall, it was a good place to stay for one night to see the city of Hue.

This hotel is hell. First of all, once I’ve walked into my room I saw somebody’s footprint on the bathroom floor which means it wasn’t cleaned. On my bed, I saw several ants. This is a fabulous find, an oasis really. I stayed here for almost two weeks on business. It was a 5 or 10 minute Grab ride to most of my meetings as well as most restaurants. The hotel is located a little out of the Hue city centre so you will need your own transport or pay for taxis. There are a few shops and restaurants nearby but the choice is limited. I stayed here with my friend, we loved the Cocodo Domaine, it is a Great family hotel, with big apartments and super friendly staff, in a quiet area of Hue. Many options for dinner, and great pool. It also has a good gym and local museum. I recommend!

Owner/Employee is the friendliest and most helpful man in Vietnam. The rooms are nice and very clean. The buffet style breakfast is better than in most guesthouses in south east Asia. They offer tours and lent scooters for the same price as most rentals. Highly recommend this place, especially since it's quite cheap.

The hotel facilities are a bit old and not renovated. Breakfast is too simple and not taken care of by the staff. The staff at check-in is quite superficial. When guests arrive early and ask if they can check in early, they don't bother to answer, just hug the phone and ignore the guests.

The rooms are a bit dirty, has a fly. The hotel doesn’t have trash bins, only the restrooms in the rooms have bins. But it’s close to the beach. But nights are a bit loud and hard to sleep a little.

Really nice hotel in a great location, 3 minute walk to the beach, loads of great restaurants within 10 minute walk and room clean and staff friendly. I not downside is there is so much construction on going on in Da Nang, not just outside this hotel but everywhere. So be aware that from 9am onwards you will hear drilling! Excellent apartments, located in a tourist area. There are many restaurants with local cuisine around, the beach is not far away. Very tasty breakfasts are provided from the menu, updated every day. At the reception you can book excursions at a bargain price

We just used the luggage storage service (we did not stay in this hotel) and everything went smooth. Bags are stored in a room at the opposite end of the entrance. Everything for a fair price: 250k for 2 bags for a full day. The guy was also really nice. Can recommend!

Hotel was okay, nothing special. The location was good for the Citadel and bars. But our beds were damp when we went to sleep. This made it quite difficult to sleep - not great for a hotel!

Great hotel, well priced, clean. Really friendly owner and very helpfully. Good English speaking. He helped my girlfriend find a shop to fix her wet iphone. He showed the phone shop on the map then once there we called him and he translated all to the shop owner. We got the phone back within a few hours. What you get for the money you pay is just amazing. A clean room with a comfy bed and your own bathroom. The staff was so friendly. I had a bike accident and they went to hospital with me, helped me to walk, brought me to the ATM and even bought some stuff for me in the pharmacy. So caring and helpful! Good location, but the hotel is uncomfortable. The furniture isn't old, but dirty. The room isn't really bad but scruffy: a lot of dust, the bed linen smells like mustiness

We had a really bad experience with this place. It’s so different compared to the pictures. When we checked in, the room had a smell and we found a really stinky towel. The lady who worked there was really rude to us she made us feel very unpleasant. The amenities are okay the shower/bath tap wasn’t one of the best it made the whole floor wet.
