I really liked this hotel. The room was clean, the bedding was fresh and pleasant, and the mattress was firm. The air conditioning worked, the service was excellent, and the location was perfect, very close to the sea. There's also a 24/7 grocery store, cafes, and massage places nearby.

The hotel location is excellent, very close to the beach, about a 5-minute walk. Downstairs, the alley is full of food options, including a Lanzhou Lamian (hand-pulled noodles) place that serves generous portions of meat. The room is cleaned daily and is very tidy. Wouldn’t stay here again, it’s in a great location but I just didn’t feel safe being in my room as a solo traveling. The rooms are old and run down but doable. Breakfast buffet is mid tier. My door also didn’t close properly without slamming it shut. But overall the staff is polite.

Hotel has a good location, close to everything. Room was nice but the smaller bed was too hard to sleep. Big bathroom, nice staff, Breakfast is not in the Hotel, you have to walk arround 250m to a restaurant, breakfast is a la card, egg with bread, noodles or pancakes + different Coffees or teas. Our room had only an indoor window  but there are other rooms with outside windows. For us it was ok.

I had such a lovely stay at DMZ! They hostel staff was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taking. Are of. Trinh at the front desk was particularly amazing. She helped me sort out my bus during tet when things checked getting canceled. The rooms were air conditioned, beds comfy, and the floors and bathroom cleaned daily. One of the nicest hostels I hav ever been at!

Perfect location, close to attractions and nightlife, yet the hotel itself is completely quiet.

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures. The room was large enough. We had an extra bed and breakfast was included. Nothing special, just what you'd expect in Vietnam. The toilet facilities were very small, but it was fine for a few days.

Great hotel, partially ruined by a rowdy group of people on a motorbike tour and the hotel management that were seemingly encouraging them. Be warned, It could be extremely noisy in the pool area and the restaurant. CHUG CHUG CHUG CHUG!

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at in Vietnam. The service is fantastic, breakfasts are delicious, there's a large pool, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with any request. The food at the restaurant is beyond excellent. This is a great value hotel in a great location. It's close to downtown Da Nang, making it easy to get anywhere. Han Market is very close, and the airport is also very close.

It's not bad. But my girlfriend didn't like it. When I went with my male friends, we slept fine. The soundproofing wasn't great, so we kept waking up in the middle of the night.

Well, honestly, I don't recommend it. The room condition isn't very good. I recommend arriving early in the morning and staying overnight.

A very exquisite small hotel, the rooftop swimming pool has a great view at dusk. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic, and one of them can speak fluent Chinese. The bustling riverside area is within walking distance, and restaurants, bars and massage shops are not far away. You can call an online taxi to go to the beach, which is about a 10-minute drive away.

This hotel has excellent location, super close to Dragon Bridge for 5-min walking. Also, it was close to Vincom Plaza (big supermarket) for 10-min walking. As I visited during Vietnamese New Year, it was important to stay closer to supermarket!

The apartment suite is very large, with a kitchen, living room and a small balcony. It has a good view, but the details are not that good. It feels rough and cheap. Downstairs is probably the largest supermarket in Da Nang, as well as KFC and Lotteria, which is very convenient. Overall, it's a comfortable stay.

It's so dirty, but you know what, I like it! Cheap food, good movie theatre and a decent gaming Hall. What more could you ask for?

It's hard to LOVE a grocery store but I was pretty darn impressed with Big C. They have practically everything you need and then some. If you're familiar with Target, you've met Big C before. I have a feeling we're going to be good friends.

Big C offers a lot of items you might not find in markets around town. Prices are comparable and as other reviewers have stated, it is in an aging facility. Try the Big C in the newer Vincom shopping complex, for an updated experience.

Overall, good. The location is very good. That’s the reason I booked this hotel. The hotel is very old. Vintage vibe. The bath tub inside my room doesn’t work. I can’t close it. So, it’s just for show. The reception lady didn’t understand English very well. So, had to use Google Translate every time I communicate with her. The room are not soundproof at all. It’s so noisy.

Basically everything was way too outdated. I realized the reason for my back pain on the last day due to the old antic mattress. But it was too late to request changing the room so I had to sleep on the floor. The best thing was the excellent service from the front desk.

I stayed there for one night. The hotel is located near a crossroads, so it was quite noisy. The room was spacious with decent furniture, but the electrical outlets were weak, and I had trouble charging my devices, which took some time to sort out.

The man at the front desk was smiling and welcoming to all guests. When I mentioned I was considering visiting Hoi An but wasn't sure about transportation or where to catch a bus, he immediately put down his meal and started searching online for the best travel options for me. Small Boutique hotel on the edge of Old Town on quiet street. We booked a Riverside balcony room for two nights and fell in love with the area, the hotel and the staff, and stayed an extra night. Room was as advertised with balcony and great view. Nice quality bedding on a standard extra firm bed found in most hi humidity locations.

The hotel itself is very decent. But breakfast is always included. There should be a choice. But the location is certainly not so great. Everything is dirty and broken. The sea is not great at all. Plus, planes flying overhead. Very loud. Very.

No resturant. No window. Noise from street and aeroplains. Good bathroom, good shower. Hard bed.

As I wrote above, the breakfasts are good, the pool has a beautiful view but is not large, the extractor fan in the room starts working loudly at 7 am and, of course, woke us up.

Very nice and comfortable stay. This was my second time and I will return again without any hesitation. Hosts are very nice and helpful. The location is good. I liked the breakfasts, there is a hot dish to choose from (egg, rice, soup, pancakes), yogurt, coffee/tea, a lot of fruit. But the room is dirty, especially in the bathroom and in the refrigerator. There were things left on the top shelf of the closet from previous guests; they had not been cleaned or looked at.

For this price point, it's just okay.

I arrived at the hotel fully booked and paid for and was told I couldn't stay and they'd give me a refund. Having just spent the day traveling I was furious with them. When I asked them why they said the air conditioner was broken. I told them to put me in another room. They said they were all full. They then sent me to another hotel belonging to the mother of a member of staff.
