No food around area, everywhere shuts at 8pm. No skybar
Staff did not care that i had my ring stolen, they showed me cctv footage of the wrong area which is just stupid and showing me footage of people when the area was closed off, obviously indicating that it wasn’t them!
How brain dead can you be smh
That ring was my great great grandfathers signet ring and they didn’t care one bit.
Either one of the cleaners stole it or it grew legs and walked away

Superb rooms , only problem is with staff that they are unable to communicate in English very fluently. Otherwise they are very cooperative.

Very good location in Halong City Center.
The room is super spacious compared to other hotels in the area. Staffs are friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay here in Ha Long DC Hotel. The staff were very friendly, the service was great and the view from our room was just magical. Highly recommend to anyone who's looking to stay in Ha Long Bay and getting some great views from your hotel!
