The service was great..the best hotel we stayed in..I will definitely recommend this hotel..🥰
Really happy to stay in this hotel..have a humble staff, location near with sapa station and sapa centre, the room good and clean
Good hotel. Complete toiletries provided. Bedsheets and towels are replaced everyday. The staff are very accommodating.
nice hotel and big room..suitable for big family
They charge 100k VND / hr for early check in or late check out despite room availability. Breakfast was very simple. Room was clean If staff can smile abit more the place would be more lively.

Everything was OK, but for the price I expected much better in Vietnam. Good: breakfast. Front desk staff was very warm, kind, and helpful. Bad: top floor room with a 'view' of an empty lot and another hotel. The room listing advertised a private balcony, and there wasn't one in our room... The trekking itinerary said here would be lunch prepared and served in the home of a local family. The guide...
Great cheap room, super helpful and friendly staff, lovely breakfast buffet, a really nice bedroom with epic views, couldn't have asked for more.
We felt we did very well to have been recommended this hotel from one of the staff from our hotel in Hanoi. Only stayed the one night but got so much value for that. The staff were so open and friendly. Having a cup of vietnamese coffee or two and hearing stories from his time living and working in Sapa. Arranged for a couple of hours motorbiking with drivers up to Tram Ton Pass. Having reservations...

The highs of the hotel were its good location and generous servings of food at lunch and dinner. The staff were generally friendly and they helped arrange the tours. However, the room we stayed was dilapidated. The bathroom ceiling was leaking, the shower was open (entire bathroom gets wet), the fridge didn’t work and there were no outlets near the beds. There was a lot of outdoor noise at night.
New clean facilities. High quality chairs are very comfortable. Friendly staff.
I would definitely stay here again. The front desk was friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. But what stood out the most was the food. My goodness it was good. The breakfast buffet was incredible with all of their options. But what impressed me the most was how the other food came out at lunch and dinner. You don't order from a menu. The chef makes something and it's brought out to you. They...
Very good hotel to stay in Sapa. Centrally located. Meals in restaurant were good too. Our guide for our tours who operated from the hotel Lo Thi Song was excellent. She spoke very good English and was very professional. Song explained the regional culture during the treks and showed us the beautiful scenery of Sapa. She took very good care of our safety and well-being during the tour and has a great...
This is such a lovely, peaceful hotel with wonderful, helpful staff. My room was excellent. Very quiet, very clean and very comfortable. The food was excellent too, with very generous portions. I've loved every minute here and I would certainly recommend it.
Excellent base for any stay in Sapa. I stayed one night but also arranged two nights hiking and a home stay through the hotel. Their hiking guides were all fantastic. I believe they use female only guides and all of the guides I interacted with were knowledgeable, personable and incredibly funny. They really were the highlight of my trip to Sapa. The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable...

The hotel is very nice! Located downtown behind the main square. I met the owner, who made my stay in Sa Pa unique and unforgettable. The price is perfect! A hug to Nam Hong Pham🤗 for his kindness and availability. Very much appreciated. I recommend it. Ciao, Sabrina
Best Indian food in all of Vietnam hands down! I ended up revisiting the next day for lunch because it was super tasty and reasonably priced. The best Korma I've ever had and the garlic naan is Huge!! Paratha and Chapati was also crisp 😋 They also add or subtract spice levels to your desire & good amounts of meat.
This place was such relief after our previous hotel in Sapa. The room was clean, the location perfect and the owner could not have been nicer. By far my best hotel experience in Vietnam. Higly recommend!!
Very clean and comfortable rooms in the city centre. Really good location in a road which is not too busy. The owner is soo kind and friendly and helps you out with anything you need. Loved the service and the heated beds aswell :)
An amazing place in the city Center. In a walking distance to the entrance to the cable car to the Fansipan mountain attraction. We came with my sister during the Tet holidays, and the hotel owner helped us a lot, also with booking bus tickets back to Hanoi. Recommend the place and the people! We had a great stay!
Really lovely hotel the only place we have stayed in sapa but I would be surprised if you could find anywhere as luxuryous for the price. The shower was piping hot and we loved the electric blacket. Amazing location and the room was great. I was traveling with 3 friends and we stayed on a 2 double bed bedroom. The room was big and the beds huge. I got a corner room in winter season. How lucky I am. The view is nice but a bit noisy. The room size is better for 2 people max. The owner is an artist, language capable especially in English, helpful to get taxi booking.
it's great service. specially Ms Thanh's service was absolutely great. she's the receptionist, drink maker, serve foods and always taken care of customers. room, service, food, facilities, wifi everything are 5 star. best hotel to stay at SAPA. had amazing experience. highly recommended!!!
I came here on a group trip with my family as well as 40 other adults an 3 kids aged between 2 -5 years. The hotel is very well presented and has a great team of staff. Bedrooms are really nice and modern. We had both evening meal and breakfast and the food was very nice. Ideal for Families, I would recommend this hotel as the staff really do go out of their way to help guests.
The hotel is super clean and the staff is really nice! San (front desk staff member) was always willing to offer help and advice and so did the manager on site. The soup we had for breakfast was cooked for 4 hours! It was delicious and reminded me of my mothers home cooking. They have pride in their facilities and it shows! Very good hotel, friendly staff and great location
Good location & owner replies to WhatsApp fast but there is only 1 staff who speaks English. The room has different levels in flooring that is not clearly marked so I mis-stepped a couple of times. Reasonable price but meagre amenities from getting only a thin sliver of soap to all the stairs you need to climb to get to your room.
Quiet and nice hotel, just a few steps away from the walking area.

Amazing service and food here! We ordered the black chicken hot pot and it was very healthy and delicious. Great after a long cold day in the mountains. Service here is outstanding. I went in the morning for a coffee and it's the best espresso in Sapa, and the sandwich is spectacular. We decided to go for dinner and it was the best decision we made. Highly recommended. Thank you for the service and your lovely smiles.
Not sure about the rooms, but the food was delicious! We went with a big group and food was served when we arrived(our guide handled). We had some sort of banana salad, chicken, lamb, and egg rolls(amazing). The lemon water was also delicious!
Absolutely love this place!! Amazing food, space and ambience you’re getting much more than what you’re paying. Surprised my parents on their anniversary and they loved it here. The only feedback is that it’d be great to be introduced on each dish since each fusion dish is so creative
Restaurant with European dishes. The taste is hard to beat anywhere. There is a house-made wine that is extremely delicious, very little alcohol, leaning more towards fruit. The space is very cozy and quiet even though the restaurant is always crowded. Very suitable for couples who like romance and gentle conversation
Great dining experience. Great menu, lovely tasty food, wonderfully attentive service. Our dinner companions have never really had French food and we booked them here and they loved it. Also enjoyed the recommended red wines.

Cute hotel with a very friendly host. Clean rooms with heated blankets which are needed in Sapa in December. Good free breakfast and the host let us store our bags until we caught the night bus. A little bit out of the centre but not a bad walk Has great views if weather permits
Hidden away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Sapa, This Hotel is a tranquil haven of comfort and serenity. Nice views on a good day :). We paid 400k VND for room 302 with mountain view. The weather in sapa for the two nights we were in was utter crap (foggy) so very little could be done or seen. It‘s ok for the price. You have to be lucky to get a room upstairs and not downstairs. We stayed in the room three floors under the Reception and our view was not as good as you would have in the upper floors. There was a used towel in the bathroom when we arrived.
For the price, I would say it's modest. But you need to inform them to switch on the warm water during cold season. They use the cheap heater and bed heater,so,be prepared to be cold. Always check for hot shower before check in.
I was looking for a place that was quite, clean and a good price and found all of those at Black H'mong view Hotel. This hotel was even better than expected! 👍🏻 It's very new, and the breakfast was delicious. You can clearly see Moana Cafe from the room's balcony. The front desk staff were friendly and even recommended a local eatery to us – the black skin chicken pho was amazing! 🤤 The bed was incredibly comfortable too! All in all, we were extremely satisfied! 👍🏻
The cleanliness was decent. Breakfast didn't have many varieties. The location is very close to Moana, but quite far from Sapastation.
Hotel staff was very accommodating, and we felt super welcomed. The location was great however the hotel does not offer any room service, so you would need to get food outside. Their massage services was also superb, please call 30mins beforehand

The staff were exceptional and the Hotel a little touch of paradise especially on the misty rainy days .
It’s was exciting trip at first but the staff let us check in a room quite smelly but helpful for changing to another room. In the end they make us pay for a small towel for $ 5 usd… cause it’s missing…
