The hotel is highly recommended, in a strategic location and easy to reach, the price is cheap, the bedroom and bathroom are very spacious, clean and cleaned by the staff every day.
Impressed! It was clean and close to the bus stop. It only took 5 minutes to get to Sun Plaza. The breakfast was delicious.
Location is pretty convenient and the family who run the hotel try their best to be good hosts. This time I stayed in a room without windows.  It was cheap however the trade off was that it had basically no ventilation and as a result smelled quite moldy.  The bedroom was clean and there is plenty of hot water, however the bathroom could definitely use some bleach.  If there are other rooms available...
For this price, the breakfast included was amazing! The breakfast options were varied and fun, and the amenities, even down to the chips, were excellent! My only minor complaint is that the showerhead didn't stay on the wall mount, but otherwise, I was very satisfied!
didn’t expect this hotel really this good, I think I get an upgrade, because my room was really big. toilet was clean, staff was good. for this price this is so great hotel. the location was also good, near sapa market, around 1km to sapa center and near sapa lake.

Staying in Sapa was a wonderful experience. The hotel had beautiful mountain views, clean and cozy rooms, and very friendly staff. Waking up to the foggy mountains felt so peaceful. The cold weather made the trip even more relaxing and memorable. Sapa is truly one of the most beautiful places in Vietnam.
I can recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Good location, friendly staff. Satisfied with our experience. Kudos team!
I booked this hotel just to be near to my guests. Great location and the breakfast is great.
The front desk staff are so accomodating, the breakfast could use more variety but all in all the rooms were clean, just like in the pictures, and its accessible to Cat car village, sun plaza, moana, and a cute little petting zoo/ cafe called Mat Pet Farm. 🔥
During our stay at Sapa Nature View Hotel, we had the pleasure of being served by Mr. Martin, who is truly an outstanding staff member. He is hardworking, friendly, and consistently maintains a professional and warm service attitude. Whether at the front desk or in the restaurant, we could always see him working diligently and giving his best. In addition, he thoughtfully introduced us to local attractions...
This hotel is a bit old, but that also gives it some charm. However, it's messy, which makes it feel less clean. There's stuff scattered everywhere, or crammed into corners and looking run-down. For example, the walls are chipped, and the grouting and silicone are very worn and a bit gross. But in itself, it was clean, just dilapidated. The pictures are much better than reality! The pool area is also...

I stayed at this property for 2 days ; the price point and service it was excellent value. The manager mr OK Nguyen and front desk Ms Ngoc were both helpful and provided excellent service- recommending spa treatment and organising, best cafes to chill! Stay in this hotel at Sapa with a group of friends from Malaysia. Nice, clean and all in order. The rooms provided what you required such as amenities, coffee and tea facilities and much more. Located nearby city.
I recently stayed at the Relax Hotel & Spa in Sapa with my friend for a night on July 4, 2024. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a stone's throw away from downtown and loads of restaurants. We loved the breakfast buffet - the spread was amazing and the food was delicious! The front desk staff were super friendly and courteous too. We'd totally recommend this hotel to anyone planning a...
Super little hotel situated in the middle of Sapa. Booked an Executive room. The room was clean, had a tub and most of the basic requirments, Was very close to the Sapa square, Sapa station to Fansipan and had a lot of eating and massage places. The breakfast was free and had a variety of options. The roof top of the hotel has amazing views of the beautiful mountains of Sapa.
Great location and the room is warm when cold out. Cozy room as well with nice view of the street. Staff is friendly and they gave us a free gift at the end of our stay. Near to everywhere in Sapa. I would come back to this place again. Breakfast buffet was also good.

The mountain view was amazing, especially in the sunlight. A few foggy days didn’t lessen its charm—I already miss it and plan to return for a longer stay. Overall the hotel and its view are highly recommended.
A wonderful find in Sapa—combining comfort, charm, and superb service. Conveniently central yet peaceful, the hotel offers spotless, spacious rooms with modern touches and Vietnamese style. The standout is the exceptional hospitality. Great value and highly recommended!
Perfectly located in the center of Sapa, yet tucked away in a quaint, peaceful corner—this hotel truly offers the best of both worlds. Spacious, spotless, and super comfortable rooms paired with a lovely blend of modern amenities and Vietnamese charm make it a delight to stay here. But what really elevates the experience is the exceptional service. A special shoutout to Ms. Linh and Mr. Liem at reception...
The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed in a classic style, and very well maintained. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and of good quality, which made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was okay — it had everything you need, but nothing really special. The bread was already pre-sliced, which I personally don’t prefer, and there were no croissants. But to be fair, this is quite common in...
Delightful stay with a breathtaking misty mountain view! Cozy, clean beds and a Japanese self-cleaning toilet. Breakfast had good variety, and the location was perfect—close to all amenities. I'd definitely stay again.

Everything was great except the location.
The hotel's location was great, but the lack of towels was incredibly inconvenient. The towels were also very old and rough.
The hotel facilities and location are first-class, and the staff are patient and friendly. The view (lake view) is also very beautiful. If I visit Sapa again, I will choose this hotel again.

Very nice and accommodating staffs. Food and beverages staffs are easy to speak with, cooperative and accept suggestions
The staff so so friendly and professional. Willing to listen to us. Kitchen staff so friendly too, the guy who prepares the coffee is so nice and helpful.. the receptionist is so nice, super nice… as others at front desk.
Beautiful mountain views from the restaurant. The room itself is a bit outdated, and the bed is hard. There's construction noise during the day from nearby, but it's quiet at night. You can walk to the city center in 5 minutes. The front desk staff are very friendly. Breakfast is basic but enough to fill you up (toast and eggs). Bike rental is available.

They let us check in a bit earlier and then they have a room available for a shower if you leave late at night. breakfast is excellent see video. The Wi-Fi is very high speed and quality.
The manager speaks great English and is incredibly helpful in making your stay as enjoyable as possible. I stayed on the 1st floor and the view was absolutely stunning. Plus, the hotel is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas.
You can ask mr. and mrs. Moon ANYTHING and they will help you. Very good food. I will be back soon
I did not stay in her hotel but have dinner with her and her lovely family. It’s a simple dinner but it’s authentic and daily food that local Vietnamese people eat. She’s very kind and helpful. This is a small family-run hotel not far from the centre of Sapa. The landlady was most helpful and let me in (very) early to my room at no extra charge. She also gave sound advice about tourist matters and furnished me with a hand-drawn map of Sapa indicating the better restaurants etc. Be warned that the hotel is accessed via a flight of steps so not suitable for those in wheelchairs.

Very nice host! (I totally forgot her name) but the host was very caring and always asks if there’s anything she can do to help us! We really like it here and it’s super quiet! The accommodation service is very excellent. They are attentive to customers and can be contacted 24 hours a day. They are smiling and very cute. I am very impressed. They are very helpful to tourists.
I love this hotel but the way that it must climb the stair to go. If you have many or heavyweight of baggage it too hard.
So many loud guests staying at this hotel!!! I stayed for three nights and all the other guests seemed to do was shout and talk at the top of their voices. I was woke up at 5:30am one morning with the couple in the next room who thought it okay to have their door open and have a very loud conversation. This is something that the hotel needs to address by perhaps having some rules on display.

Very nice view, comfortable rooms and a very hot shower, which is very calm and relaxing after a day of trekking. The breakfast was delightful with a large array of options
Big room with the good view, you will have mountain view or railway over your room that really nice. Breakfast tastes like home. The noodle soup is better than the one from the restaurant. You will see the best door men in my photo lol.
