We booked it at the last minute and got really lucky with it. The room we got had an amazing view of the mountains and we could also see the train pass by. The room was spacious. The breakfast at the hotel was nice too.

We stayed 2 nights in four Deluxe Fansipan Mountain View rooms, but unfortunately the view was mostly covered by fog. The location is great, within walking distance to Sun Plaza with many shops nearby. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. However, there was an unpleasant smell in the lobby, the service was average, and the uphill access makes it difficult to carry luggage.

The hotel is very close to Sun Plaza and surrounded by plenty of food options. We received a room upgrade, and it was very spacious for the two of us. The hotel has an elevator, which is a plus. This place is often sold out, but if I return to Sapa, I will definitely stay here again.

Nice view , the hotel service is very great, it’s bear sapa station so very convenient but only one fact i don’t like is that our room is beside kitchen and elevator , so a little noisy at night and early morning.

Hotel is very good and near to SaPa town just a walking distance. Halal restaurant is also just in front of the hotel. They provide everything that we need. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is nice even it just a basic meals and its Halal! We will sure to come again here.

Awesome hotel and very challenging for the first timer as the road going to Sapa is like a roller coaster haha. The hotel environment is very good. Halal restaurant is just across the roads and if you want more to explore, you need to walk further a bit with no hassle since the way or the access is going to the Sapa Fansipan access route. Ensure you wear proper attire with grip shoes.

Our room was very dirty, the beddings were not changed, the hotel smelled of mold, it looked old, there was hot and cold water, the light was off when you were taking a shower, useless, 0 stars to the hotel for me.. location wise, walking distance to attractions including Sapa station. I don't recommend it, please if you don't want to ruin your vacation, go somewhere else..

Very hospitable hotel! I arrived at 6am and they let me check in right away for additional 300k VND. They also let me check out late. The room is not luxury but clean and had everything I needed. The view from the back of the room is of the mountains. During my stay, it was quite cold, and when I opened the back door, the mist would float in, making it very refreshing.

This hotel deserve a great rating. The views are outstanding, receptionists are lovely , the room was the cleanest I’ve had in Vietnam so far in that price range. It is a short walk from town but plenty of eateries next door . Highly recommend!

We booked 3 rooms on 5 December. Arrive early at 5 am. This receptionist has a good English and very friendly. We can take a shower in the morning and go around Sapa. The hotel is quite close to Sapa Station; unfortunately, the walk involves a bit of an uphill climb and some stairs leading toward Sun Plaza.
