The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. It can get noisy from the street as there's no double glazing (only a single pane of glass).

Convenient and Comfortable Stay Had a great stay overall. I didn’t use the pool, but managed a 30-minute gym session before enjoying the excellent breakfast buffet. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated being able to set the room temperature to 20°C for a restful night.

This hotel offers a great all-in-one experience. The room layout is nice, and there's a good variety of food options that can even be delivered to your room. The rooftop pool is decent, though a bit messy. The staff can be a little casual. Overall, it's much better value for money than Landmark 81.

The pool is absolutely gorgeous! However, the shower in the room was incredibly small – I've never seen one so tiny, it was hard to even open the door once inside. But other than that, everything else was great!

Several same-name hotels sharing same property Different names and confusing. Basic accommodations in modest room. My room was below the floor where a singer was performing in the evening, creating noise pollution. One elevator to service 9 floors. Tourist bus magnet. Breakfast was diverse and healthy. They even had espresso machines.

Nice hotel, didn’t get a chance to experience the full breakfast due to departure time but staff was awesome enough to prepare a take away breakfast prepared for us. Seems like an awesome hotel, a 10mins grab ride from street food or Ben Thanh. Fairly central, didn’t get to explore as much since it was late night when I was free.

Overall, pretty good quality. The room was clean and the surrounding area had convenient transportation. The front desk service was excellent. My only minor complaint is that the hotel breakfast wasn't very varied, with limited options.

It was certainly a pleasant surprise when I was informed that since I checked in late in the evening at around 7.45PM that I was given the leeway to check out at 7pm on the day of departure. The room was clean, and the hotel's location made transportation convenient. My flights always arrive at night, so I just take a taxi directly to the hotel from the airport. Check-in is usually smooth; everything's sorted in about ten minutes, and then I can head up to my room.

Great location right next to opera house, great for traveling around the city. There is a convenient store right across the street. A few steps to climb up to the lobby, there's a bellboy that would help with luggage, but if not too sure how that works if there's a wheelchair involved. The only issue was the water heater in the shower takes long to heat up, so a quick shower and hot shower is not possible

The front desk staff were quite nice and tried their best to help us with an early check-in. There's an ATM and a supermarket nearby, which is convenient. However, traffic in Vietnam can be quite congested, so be prepared for potential delays if you're taking a taxi. Hotel well located and helpful staff. I accidentally broke a glass, just by tipping it over(very thin glass) and was charged VND56,000. Found this to be petty, esp when accidents do happen and the cost of the glass was 0.46% of the cost of my 4 nights stay.

I finding everything was great be it the location, staff friendliness, room & bed quality. Only one main thing I dislike is the soundproofing, is like almost none and it can be frustrated early in the morning 6am where the other room guests came out which I think there's a family occupying few rooms at same level, then they are talking across the corridor and the door closing sound is loud.
