Excellent! The location is great, close to everything, and the cleanliness is outstanding. The staff were very polite, helped with luggage, and the pool was fantastic. The service at this hotel was exceptional, and the breakfast selection was very rich! All the staff were smiling and eager to help! The hotel is a bit old, the drainage in the bathroom needs improvement. It doesn't facilitate flushing of toilet papers and no close lid rubbish bin in the bathroom which is not the standard of a 4 stars hotel!

Several same-name hotels sharing same property Different names and confusing. Basic accommodations in modest room. My room was below the floor where a singer was performing in the evening, creating noise pollution. One elevator to service 9 floors. Tourist bus magnet. Breakfast was diverse and healthy. They even had espresso machines.

It was certainly a pleasant surprise when I was informed that since I checked in late in the evening at around 7.45PM that I was given the leeway to check out at 7pm on the day of departure. I like this hotel it had a lot of good vintage filling if you’re looking for the old school Vietnam style versus the modern hotels. Also if you want more of a quiet sleep at night without all the noise at night this is one of the hotels I would recommend as a little further outside of everything else also too you get a complementary breakfast, which is very good. Their breakfast is just awesome.

Hotel well located and helpful staff. I accidentally broke a glass, just by tipping it over(very thin glass) and was charged VND56,000. Found this to be petty, esp when accidents do happen and the cost of the glass was 0.46% of the cost of my 4 nights stay.

Love this Place for its cleanliness and cosy feeling. Although it is not near to big shopping malls but there are supermarket, cafes and pharmacy just walking distance away.

I also found other people's reviews very helpful when booking accommodations, so I'm leaving this one.
