The room was clean, comfortable, and felt secure. It's really close to Japan Town, the Sheraton, and the Ho Chi Minh Opera House. The price was fair and reasonable, offering good value for money. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn't great.

The hotel is in District 1 and very close to the tourist spots.

The location is excellent, right in a lively area. For the price, the room is what you'd expect. However, I wouldn't recommend the breakfast – it's not very tasty and the same every day.

Just near by the entrance of Bui Vien, very convenient to access the bars and other restaurants. Hotel is not such high end but clean enough, also with simple breakfast, this is a good option for backpacker who would like to experience HCM.

Our first room was smell weird but we requested to change and it was ok, housekeeper was very noisy in the morning and talked to each other very loud and the room pretty old.

Not a bad hotel. One annoyance for me is a room safe that is not bolted down. It has holes in the bottom & holes in the cupboard underneath. But as you could pick it up & put it under your arm, it is useless. Just checked into another hotel in Nha Trang & it’s the same!

We got upgraded to the VIP room on the eighth floor which was really big- around the size of 2 rooms. Room was clean and well kept. My only issue was that the lift motor was quite noisy. Was told i was “upgraded” to a room with window, but turns out the room i was upgraded to was a room without a usable safe as it was “locked”, unable to open. the shower head holder was not available making it difficult to shower. This hotel is OK, but not every room. We stayed for 3 days. On the first day, we were assigned to a LV6 room. The toilet facilities were old and the water was weak. On the second day, we moved to a LV3 room, which was no problem. However, my room is only suitable for couples because the toilet is open and covered by a curtain.

We only used the hotel for an overnight but we were very satisfied. The hotel room was comfortable, clean and with a variety of snacks. The receptionist was very friendly. The location suited us very well because it was just a short distance from the airport. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh tropical fruit.
