Where to stay in Ho Chi Minh

It’s written 4 star hotel, but when we arrived there was nobody to help with luggages. Huge lobby, but no staff. Only one person in reception. Owner should hire more staff.

Not recommended. It's too old for catering to tour groups; the towels are worn out, and the breakfast is terrible.

The room is in a good location and is relatively safe.

Pros - good sized rooms Cons - the downside of good sized rooms is that parts of the room are not cool enough, since the aircon ducts are not very strategically located. The hotel has limited staff, so things like luggage etc need to be managed yourself if you arrive as part of a group like us. We ordered full massage place it's on 11th floor, amazing place with professional guys, cost little more then other places we we got all what we wanted, sauna wet,dry,, jakuzi, and excellent massage foot and body, 10 star for this place!!!

This hotel was one night (2 day trip, the room was booked by the tour operator). The room is small, furniture is bulky. It is seen that the room is very used. Safe in the room ( at least ours). All the washing supplies, the Hairdryer is. Breakfast is quite simple. Small Windows,very noisy. Have wifi, TV. To sleep normally. Closer to 3.

The staff was super friendly and serviceminded. The room was a little bit dirty, but not more than you can live with. The stay was very noisy - we stayed at 11th floor and the restaurant was on the 12th. Clean and comfty room ❤️ Worth the price

Stayed for one night. The original room didn’t have a window, but the staff kindly upgraded me to a room with a window. Overall everything was good. The hotel is old, but well-maintained and acceptable for a short stay.

I’m the return guest. The hotel’s location is convenience, and the staffs are helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good, and the view from the top roof bar is spectacular. Highly recommended.

The room was quiet (8th floor) and the bed was confortable. Roof top bar under renovation. There is a silly price list for every single item, including the slippers, which according to the price list, they are worth it 7€…. ~200.000 VND. Which is crazy. 👎 the deposit fee (1 million VND) must be done IN CASH Or by transference. If you don’t have cash they can keep your ID, which is extremely dangerous...

The room was a bit small, but the amenities were excellent. The gym was tiny, almost suffocating, but there was a pool and a small restaurant. The location was very convenient, right across from the Windsor Hotel.

It was a comfortable stay for one night, got out late from the airport. Most importantly surrounding have most of convenience stores and restaurants and shoppings, all was within walking distance.

The hotel is old and quite worn, but it’s clear that it used to be very upscale in the past. Time has passed, yet the room interiors haven’t really changed. That said, the rooms are clean, the staff is extremely helpful and responsive, and the breakfasts are excellent.

The hotel room was spacious, but everything else was quite average and not very clean. The blanket was too thin, and the pillows were flat. Some things, like the kettle, were broken and unusable. The sofa had many stains and didn’t seem cleaned. The location was acceptable, and the nearby food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

I stayed for one night. The room was average and a bit old, but the location is very convenient, close to Chinatown. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed the breakfast.

It was really a good stay with free breakfast and kind staffs

Booked two rooms. The one facing the road was noisy with motorcycles all night. We ran into a small issue during our stay, but the security guard was very helpful and resolved it quickly. Overall, it was a good stay, and the location is easy to find. Most attractions are within walking distance. Didn't take any pictures.

The hotel is old fashioned but well kept and clean. The room is huge and bright The location is convenient for pickup and drop off,. Also there are nearby public buses for getting to the other part of the HCMC The hotel provides a nice buffet breakfast. The accommodation is at a reasonable price.We extend and happy with our stay.

I rented a superior twin room for three days. The hotel gave me room 412 on the fourth floor. When I opened the curtains, I could only see the rusty iron tiles on the roof and the air conditioner water tower. It was dark for three days. I thought that if I stayed a few more days, the treatment would be better.

Got a free upgrade to room with window. Generally great location, but bedsheet was slightly stained and i saw a baby cockroach. But other than that, think its quite comfortable and clean in general. There were bananas and snacks provided upon checked in, comes with great breakfast too (love the spring rolls)

Lovely staff and great location.

The room was spacious, and I was happy to find a bathtub. It was clean and the environment was neither particularly quiet nor noisy. The location is excellent, not far from Ho Chi Minh's Nguyen Hue Walking Street. The staff at check-in and check-out were all very friendly. The best location and friendly staff service

It has a nice location near the Nguyen Hue main street. Because of that, it can be a bit noisy. But thankfully it did not go until late at night. It was reasonably priced with a buffet breakfast which can already serve as a brunch with its meat viands.

Overall, the room was satisfactory. It had a small desk, which was quite convenient for working on a laptop. However, since it's located right next to a main road, the noise level was quite high and constant throughout the day. This could be a challenge for anyone looking for a quiet stay.

Basic breakfast, a small rooftop pool, and a tiny rooftop gym – all good. But I booked a 500-yuan room, and a 45-square-meter room had no windows! The whole room felt damp, it was big but the decor was a bit dated.

Great service and value in tourist and busy area of Saigon! Professional staff from helping with bags to buffet and cafe. Bed was surprisingly comfortable and plush, TV has a wider variety of channels than some American branded hotels, and free breakfast buffet in lobby are key highlights.

Beautiful hotel in central location. Customer service is exceptional. Breakfast in the morning I often eat so much that I didn’t need to have lunch. I highly recommend this hotel. Spent 2 nights here in March. Got a room with no windows which meant less noise from the street. Great deal at $25/night. It was great! Staff was friendly and smiling. The location is convenient, less than a kilometer from the airport, probably within walking distance. There are restaurants and an ATM within 100 meters downstairs, but I couldn't find a convenience store. The air conditioning was too cold, and I ended up catching a cold.

The hotel is very close to the airport, but the soundproofing isn't great, and there are a lot of people coming and going. However, the hotel's service is excellent. The security staff speaks Chinese and we had a great chat. The front desk communication was smooth, the service was good, and the hygiene was excellent. No smoking inside, you have to go to an open-air area to smoke.

Located near Chinatown. This hotel is clean, spacious and well equipped. Nearby there are many restaurants and cafes, as well as a supermarket for you to buy souvenirs back from Vietnam.

The property is old and feels very dated; it's clearly a converted residential house. They also charged an additional 200,000 VND for guests with children. Service was just average, and the room itself was damp and poorly ventilated.

Stored my luggage here for 3 days despite only staying for a day. Check-in was quick & smooth, room was clean & had basic amenities. Noodles in the room are 15K vnd but the hotel has free breakfast too. Simple but delicious spread of options.
