Excellent location, walking distance to many landmarks. Directly opposite is a brilliant spa. Many good food locations. Hotel pool is small but not surprising for such a central location, can’t really do laps but can use it to cool off. Great location. We were here during Tet so most of the displays were within easy walking distance. With the accommodation there were no issues. The breakfast included was sufficient although a bit mediocre. The dining room brought back memories - feels like a boarding school. The staff loves playing cards, so you have to interrupt to get their attention.

The hotel itself was OK, the staff were not too helpful when asking for recommendations for restaurants etc just stare blankly at you. Also this isn't the hotels fault but there was construction going on all through the night which made it difficult to sleep. The minibar was also quite expensive compared to other hotels.

The room is roomy, but the curtains were old and the chairs were dirty looking. The smoking area is the stairway outside the halls of whatever floor you are staying on. Breakfast was abysmal. Only thing to really enjoy was asking the egg station to make you some eggs and have it with toast. All other foods looked questionable.

Good location and good breakfast, but the room and facilities are not worth the price. I wouldn’t say it’s a 4 star hotel. Furnitures have stains and the windows don’t **** properly so it’s super loud (barely could sleep). The pool was also shut for maintenance for a month. Some of other 3 star hotels nearby seem much better.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days in Ho Chi Minh City and it was excellent. The location in District 1 made it easy to go anywhere, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also superb. Sang, the bellboy, helped with my luggage and even notified me when my Grab arrived. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

This hotel is located in the central of Ho Chi Minh City at District 1 and can walk to many places between 10-15 minutes eg Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Centre, Saigon Square and Little Japan. It also has a nice proper covered area outside the entrance for smokers. Breakfast was not so great though. My executive room came with a bathtub which was great after a tiring day walking around town.

The location is great, not far from the pier and Dong Qi Road walking street, and the surrounding area is nice. It's much better than the dirty and chaotic Pham Ngu Lao Street. Service was great, and the rooftop pool/views were absolutely stunning. It's also a nice small hotel, so often you it all to yourself.

There was a gecko in the room, and it was so noisy downstairs that I couldn't sleep at all. The location is great though, you can get anywhere easily! Breakfast was pretty standard, the same every day, and the watermelon wasn't very good. The service was alright. Lots of foreigners around!

The room was quiet (8th floor) and the bed was confortable. Roof top bar under renovation. There is a silly price list for every single item, including the slippers, which according to the price list, they are worth it 7€…. ~200.000 VND. Which is crazy. 👎 the deposit fee (1 million VND) must be done IN CASH Or by transference. If you don’t have cash they can keep your ID, which is extremely dangerous...

The room was a bit small, but the amenities were excellent. The gym was tiny, almost suffocating, but there was a pool and a small restaurant. The location was very convenient, right across from the Windsor Hotel.

Stayed for one night. The original room didn’t have a window, but the staff kindly upgraded me to a room with a window. Overall everything was good. The hotel is old, but well-maintained and acceptable for a short stay.

I’m the return guest. The hotel’s location is convenience, and the staffs are helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good, and the view from the top roof bar is spectacular. Highly recommended.

It was a comfortable stay for one night, got out late from the airport. Most importantly surrounding have most of convenience stores and restaurants and shoppings, all was within walking distance.

The hotel is old and quite worn, but it’s clear that it used to be very upscale in the past. Time has passed, yet the room interiors haven’t really changed. That said, the rooms are clean, the staff is extremely helpful and responsive, and the breakfasts are excellent.

The hotel room was spacious, but everything else was quite average and not very clean. The blanket was too thin, and the pillows were flat. Some things, like the kettle, were broken and unusable. The sofa had many stains and didn’t seem cleaned. The location was acceptable, and the nearby food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

I stayed for one night. The room was average and a bit old, but the location is very convenient, close to Chinatown. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed the breakfast.

I rented a superior twin room for three days. The hotel gave me room 412 on the fourth floor. When I opened the curtains, I could only see the rusty iron tiles on the roof and the air conditioner water tower. It was dark for three days. I thought that if I stayed a few more days, the treatment would be better.

Got a free upgrade to room with window. Generally great location, but bedsheet was slightly stained and i saw a baby cockroach. But other than that, think its quite comfortable and clean in general. The best location and friendly staff service

It has a nice location near the Nguyen Hue main street. Because of that, it can be a bit noisy. But thankfully it did not go until late at night. It was reasonably priced with a buffet breakfast which can already serve as a brunch with its meat viands.

What more can I say about this hotel. People won’t believe me when I say if you are coming to Ho Chi Minh City look at booking this hotel if you want comfortable deluxe accommodation at a reasonable price then look no further. Great location right next to opera house, great for traveling around the city. There is a convenient store right across the street. A few steps to climb up to the lobby, there's a bellboy that would help with luggage, but if not too sure how that works if there's a wheelchair involved. The only issue was the water heater in the shower takes long to heat up, so a quick shower and hot shower is not possible

Nice hotels to stay in. Good service at every point from the front desk, room cleaner and breakfast staff. The location is convenient, easy where to walk and dining. I stay here probably 3-4 times. But noted about the water heater, have to turn on the shower for quite a long time to warm up.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and some daily changes. The Vietnamese pho was especially delicious. The hygiene was also top-notch, and the room was quiet. The minibar was well-stocked with drinks and water daily. The only minor downside is that the facilities are a bit older, but they are all in good condition. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The service was excellent. It was a great bonus that the male staff at the front desk spoke Chinese. Breakfast was delicious. The only minor downsides were that the facilities are a bit dated and the mattress was a little too soft. Still, I would definitely recommend it.
