The location was good and there were no steps at the entrance, making it easy to enter with a suitcase. The room had large windows, was bright, and was spacious and comfortable! The shower room was private, so the nearby toilet wouldn't get soaked. The shower temperature was inconsistent, so the water would get hot and cold, which was a shame.

The location is very convenient, just over a kilometer from the Reunification Palace and close to Ben Thanh Market. From Ho Chi Minh Airport, take bus No. 152 and get off near Ben Thanh Market. The hotel is in a good location, and many tourist attractions are within walking distance. The front desk staff was friendly. However, the hotel is hard to spot from the outside, and there are a lot of tourist groups every day, which makes it a bit noisy. The breakfast was not very varied.

Very good location as the hotel is close to almost everything. Housekeeping really ensures that the room is clean everyday. The morning buffet is so great. I’ve eaten ‘pho’ every morning during my staying and all of them were changed each days. And the hotel upgraded my room. It was more than enough for me. I felt so luxurious :) Staff are so kind and always smile. Thank you.

A big thank you to Nam, the staff member here, who was incredibly helpful and genuinely assisted us with our luggage. He's a super kind Vietnamese guy. The other staff were also polite and good. The hotel environment and breakfast were both pretty decent. The only thing is, don't stay on a high floor. We were on the 9th floor and the toilet's water pressure was very low, which was a real hassle.

Very bad experience. The hotel located opposite night club and it very noisy all night (the club close at 6 am.) We cannot sleep all and that ruin our trip. However, I request to change the room but other room was available on the second night with extra charge of 800k.

It is in the city center of Ho Chi Minh city and close to the Ben Thanh market and a famous restaurant, Pho Vietnam. The amenities are a little outdated but acceptable considering the price. The staff can speak English very well and some can also speak basic Chinese.

This was my regular hotel, close to walking street and district 1 and the rooms were spacious including a bath tub, overall the buffet breakfast had large selection of foods and it was great.

Rooms have everything you need for a short stay but bathrooms in particular are a bit tired and look a bit grubby due to aging grout etc. Not many sun beds around the pool and it shuts at 7pm. Breakfast has plenty of choice although the juice wasn’t great and the pastries tasted stale. Great location though and all the staff were friendly.

The room was nice, the breakfast was average, and the service was average. No one at the front desk spoke English, and communication was difficult. One day, no one cleaned the room, and they were charged for drying clothes!

This has got to be one of the best hotels around in the Ben Thanh D1 area. Surrounding the hotels are restaurants, cafes, pubs and convenience stores which makes it convenient for tourists to stay in. The breakfast spread is decent for its price too.

This hotel is situated at a location very convenient to many prominent tourist spots. Though the facilities are a little old, the overall hygiene is satisfactory. I was upgraded to the Vip room on 11F, it's a high room with a big balcony but the problems are that I had to walk up from 10F as the lift only serves up to 10F and the air conditioning is not strong enough during daytime.

Good location and good breakfast, but the room and facilities are not worth the price. I wouldn’t say it’s a 4 star hotel. Furnitures have stains and the windows don’t **** properly so it’s super loud (barely could sleep). The pool was also shut for maintenance for a month. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days in Ho Chi Minh City and it was excellent. The location in District 1 made it easy to go anywhere, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also superb. This hotel is located in the central of Ho Chi Minh City at District 1 and can walk to many places between 10-15 minutes eg Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Centre, Saigon Square and Little Japan. It also has a nice proper covered area outside the entrance for smokers. Breakfast was not so great though. My executive room came with a bathtub which was great after a tiring day walking around town.
