We vacationed in Abkhazia and were absolutely delighted! I'd especially like to mention the wonderful Pitsunda Hotel, where we felt right at home. The rooms were clean and spacious, the atmosphere pleasant, and everything felt cozy. Everything was thought out down to the last detail—from the soft lighting to the fresh linens, and the grounds were like a natural embrace. The hotel owners are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they surrounded us with care from the very first moment. They were always ready to help, offer advice, and simply enjoy chatting—true Abkhazian warmth! The hotel owner (Eteri Konstantinovna) is an intelligent, sensitive, and very kind woman. It's clear she puts her heart and soul into this place: everything is well-kept, neat, and lovingly maintained. Thanks to her, the atmosphere is cozy and tranquil, something you won't find in larger hotels. Another crucial factor in a wonderful stay, especially at this hotel, is the cozy coffee bar, which is located on the hotel grounds! From the very first day, everything was perfect: delicious and varied food, fresh ingredients, home-cooked meals—every dish was prepared with love, as if they were being cooked for family. The staff and hostess Irina are true heroes. Their attitude toward guests is more than just service; it's a crucial element of the atmosphere that makes your vacation unforgettable. It's thanks to them that you feel like you're visiting family. If you're looking for a vacation where you'll be greeted like old friends, fed like family, and served unforgettable coffee, this is the place for you. 💚 We'll definitely be back. Just returned. Excellent hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and bright. Filmed 3 numbers. There were many of us. All different, but equally good. Excellent service, administrator Georgy, everything was decided instantly. I definitely recommend it. will come back for more. The sea is nearby - but you have to walk, waddling about 10 minutes, along a stunning pine alley. The market is 3 minutes away, shops, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which is not unimportant!

Well, in the Russian Federation, I would not give more than 3 stars for such a hotel, but for Abkhazia as a whole it is quite suitable, although not cheap. When ordering, it should be remembered that this is not a new building, there must have been some kind of recreation center before, and repairs there are going on permanently. The room is pretty nice, cleaned ok, quiet. But with the kondey I had a problem - it kept clicking, groaning, rattling, although it worked. Well, the cafe at the hotel, by the way, sucks. Very close for the same money is much better.
