Visited the restaurant early morning for takeaway coffee for my wife and me. Greeted warmly by a smiling lady, no language barrier. Got one Americano and one cappuccino for 350 lek. Great service and experience!

Walking through we came across a restaurant that turned out to be a great choice. I ate pasta with shrimp and truffles there every day during my visit to Albania. Very nice service and affordable prices. I definitely recommend it! 🍤🍝

The hotel was quite good and easy to find, rooms are comfy. Bad things: the staff guy didn't speak a single english word, so it was almost impossible to communicate, and the breakfast was sub-par. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

I have stayed at Hotel Kristal twice . The rooms are very clean , comfortable & well decorated . The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of choices . Location is perfect for the beach , shops & restaurants . The staff are efficient & attentive .

We came in last minute without a reservation and the rooms were nice for 4 people, big enough so you can enjoy a goodnights rest. The showers were spacious and it had both cold and hot water. Hotel Nais in Durres is a really amazing hotel, the staff was extraordinarily friendly, they treated us with cake and tea, coffe. My dad has visited this hotel last year in May with his girlfriend and they absolutely loved it. He has said that the personnel that work there are amazing people, did everything they possibly could do for them in a kind manner. They loved the food and their room and enjoyed their view!

A very nice hotel, with a good location close to everything in Durres. The beach, which is not very nice, is only 5 min away, the amphitheater is 2 min away, and the center is just behind the corner. The staff is very friendly and english speaking. We had parking right in front of the entrance, and a balcony with a tiny sea-view. The room, the bathroom and the beds were fine.

Smashing hotel. Neat, homely room with a view over the colourful port and old rooftops. Right by the main town square and seafront streets but quiet and has its own parking. Really friendly family-run place, helpful staff. Excellent, particularly at something like €45 per night. Good memory of this place.

Very polite and helpful staff in the reception. Always smiling and saying hello. The cleaning staff as well, polite and smiling. The rooms are clean and modern. All in all a very nice experience. The restaurant staff is impolite and not interested in helping in any way, so not recommend at all. They should really learn good service from the staff in the hotell.

Nice place to stay for several days. Breakfast was served in the restaurant that belonged to the hotel with a nice view of the beach, and with a polite staff. Very nice sunsets, and a plus that you have your "own" beach where it is free to use sun loungers. A bit of a busy road, so our room that was facing the road was quite quiet. But this is without a doubt a hotel we would visit again.

The hotel's in a great location, very close to the entrance to the city (big sculpture) and also very close to the beach, like a 2-3 minute walk. It's also pretty close to a shop called Coal where you can get most essentials. The beds are great to sleep in and the pillows are very fluffy. Everything works perfectly in the rooms and the WiFi works with really high speeds.

I recently stayed at Aragosta Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Hotel Lido offers a pleasant stay in an area very close to the city center. You will need 10 to 15 minutes to reach the pedestrian area with restaurants located right next to the sea. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean.

A great hotel for the price! I've never met such a friendly and helpful owner))) It's like they're following you around, keeping their tail up high! It's fantastic! The view of the sea from the shower is simply stunning! There's secure parking, and they even let me park my motorcycle right out front so I could relax in peace. Nice hotel. If You want a beach, walk 15-20 minutes north. You will see a white fish-restaurant (it’s good) that looks like a boat. Continue 100 meter and You will find a good beach.

Hotel is in a good location ..there is no such thing as private beach.. we booked and it turned out that the beach the hotel rents out for the gue mists was closed. So our stay was for nothing. Breakfast is not an open buffet. But the service lady (manager) is v friendly. We had a power cut for half an hour when it rained.

Very cool hotel, very friendly staff, speak English, daily cleaning, change towels, air conditioning, great sea view from the balcony. Close to the seaside, very cozy atmosphere, nice garden and good food. There is a very kind manager solving almost everything. She is very qualified. The rest of the staff does not speak English and they are not very helpful. The wifi is very weak at the upper floors. Good hotel The location was really good. Lots of restaurants and other services nearby. The hotel had its own sunbeds, and the beach was just across from it. However, in front of the hotel there is a bar that plays very loud music every night until midnight, making it difficult to sleep before the bar closes. We were looking for a place to sleep after arriving at 8pm to the airport, picking our car and leaving the following morning. Hotel Sabi was more than perfect. They gave us very good indications via WhatsApp and their restaurant was still open even though we arrived late. We had a very good and generous dinner! We spent one night and headed to the Tirana airport the next day to avoid the traffic that forms in the capital. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The included breakfast was very complete for the price. It also has private parking. Highly recommended

Only downside would be the amount of work going on in the area but obviously this is to improve the area. For a 4-star hotel, there was little variety in the food... from breakfast, lunch and dinner, in the "all-inclusive" format. The AC in the room sometimes malfunctioned, but the cleanliness was good and the beach and pool were excellent. If I return to Albania I will not stay at this hotel.
