Fabulous hotel, very very clean, food was good, rooms were spotless and the maid service was great. Only downside would be the amount of work going on in the area but obviously this is to improve the area. The promenade is so clean and all the bars and restaurants look well looked after, we would definitely recommend

Firstly I cannot fault the cleanliness of this hotel,bar staff and waiting on staff were good but this is really all I can praise. . No kettle in room . Abysmal food , choice of 4 dishes , always lukewarm. . No milk . No tea . No butter We were checked in by a young guy who virtually threw the key card at us. Didn't tell us room number, floor or how to find our room Next day the receptionist told me we were only allowed 1 key as the hotel was full and they dont have spares??? This was once she'd got off her phone ! All inclusive only available at beach bar until 10pm Wi-fi was shocking kept dropping out, very annoying Dinner was served until 9.30pm , we went down at 8.25pm , all tureens empty with no signs of replenishment. We waited a while then went to a restaurant down on the *****. Beach was nice as was beach bar with friendly staff. Albania is a beautiful country , we will be back but not to this hotel ! This is not worthy of 4 stars !

I am a recurrent client at Amara Spa. Its always a warm welcoming from the spa team with absolute great service. The Amara Spa manager Mrs Alexandra is exeptional person and very professional. All the team Mary Ann, Olga and Olga are always smiley and happy to help. The massages provided are amazing and also the spa areas are so private, calming and inspiring. its always has been a unique experience for me.

The food was very limited in variety and most of the staff were very unfriendly. They always seemed to be doing a "favor" when serving customers. They close the pool at 6:30 PM, even forcing customers to leave. The spa is not operating. The only redeeming quality is the room service, which is always clean.

Spa closed (although advertised), deckchairs removed mid-week (while we still had 25 degrees), we had to go to a nearby hotel to enjoy the deckchairs (paying of course) Construction site on the beach, not cleaned. Stained cover, broken curtains. The staff should work considerably on their posture (smile 😃 😃, and the receptionists very often on their cell phones (we feel like we are disturbing if we have to ask them) I also recommend brochures, advice for excursions at reception... otherwise manage with the internet (which we did) Location: really close to the highway. While walking in the evening, we were able to enjoy entertainment (pianists, music) from several neighboring hotels. Too bad, hotel with potential to exploit!

For a 4-star hotel, there was little variety in the food... from breakfast, lunch and dinner, in the "all-inclusive" format. The AC in the room sometimes malfunctioned, but the cleanliness was good and the beach and pool were excellent. If I return to Albania I will not stay at this hotel.

The hotel had terrible food, always the same repetitive dishes: chicken, pasta, chicken, pasta. The restaurant staff needed training; they were unfriendly, always lacking cutlery and never bothering to replenish it. The only positive thing was the cleanliness of the rooms.

Everything is very taste. The food is so delicious and the service is exellent. Our children likr do much the soups that eat. The view is so relaxed and a good weather. Our children plays with toys and laugh so much. Thank you, we are having a wonderful time with our children.

Bit weird to drive on a bike path to get to the parking area though plenty of parking and free. Check in was sime enough and staff were friendly enough. Pool was not open due to an issue which was a shame. Room was comfortable enough though air con was locked at 24C. Breakfast was excellent, good coffee though had to be ordered which took time at times. Very well stocked bar though staff seemed to struggle with English at times. Beach is a bit seaweedy but is near Port. Private beach though with comfy sun beds. Bar area in tiki bar on beach and opened out part of hotel overlooking sea. Got breezy at times but comfy otherwise. Very good value. At right end for durres city but wrong end for the rest of the resort area though small walk to the resort bits.

Booked via ***********, was told different price on the app and payed about £10 more after getting there. Broken curtains in room we got told they will fix it the next day. So slept a night without curtains and exposed to the outside. Asked for an extra pillow, got told they don't have any. Other wise next time I would probably book a hotel further down the *****. This is the first hotel after the port. Beach isn't the cleanest. The hotel it self is clean, with fresh deco, lacking is the customer service. You can get a bus from a street away into the centre. From the airport we got a shuttle bus cost 600LEK each, which dropped us to the bus station. From there we got a taxi for 500lek which took us just up the road to the hotel. Instead you can get the bus, going towards the port, mentioning the hotel name to the driver for 40 lek each.-Bargain!
