A very modest but comfortable hotel. Of course, there are no frills... I definitely wouldn't want to stay there a second time!

Good location but our room on the ground floor was very noisy. The fridge didn’t work. Everything in the room felt quite cheap in quality (although it is a cheap nightly rate so to be expected!). Some staff members are really friendly and helpful though.

Very nice, modern room, the floor wasn't vacuumed which was a shame, but it's quite close to interesting areas.

An Unforgettable Stay Thanks to Kris!
Our stay at Allure Boutique Hotel was simply amazing, and a big part of that was thanks to Kris, the wonderful receptionist. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to help us, especially when we realized a mistake had been made with our booking, my friend accidentally reserved for the following month! Kris handled the situation with so much kindness and professionalism. She quickly found us a room for the first night at a nearby hotel and made sure we were charged the same rate, no extra fees, no hassle.
What truly stood out was how genuinely caring and helpful she was throughout our entire stay. Even when she wasn’t working, she gave us her personal number and helped us organize transportation and answered any questions we had. Her dedication and warm attitude turned a stressful start into a great experience.
The hotel itself is spotless, well-located, and stylish, but Kris is the reason our stay was 10 times better. Thank you, Kris, and thank you Allure Boutique Hotel! We’ll definitely be back.

Tucked away, this is a lovely little hotel.
In a good location for exploring the city this hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and had everything we needed.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, making sure we were ok when we saw them.
Would definitely stay here again.

I can write comment only about the restaurant. I have never encountered such wonderful service in a restaurant in my life not than here. The older waitress was so kind that. words cannot describe it. A warm welcome, suggestions and lots of smiles.

rooms is too small bed is too old bathroom is too small for the location is very expensive and definitely no customer service you have to ask for everything. Nobody smile.

The place is utterly disappoiting. I went there for work trip, and I expected some form of comfort, only to find myself in a room with a broken AC. It was either you freeze (because the AC would be cranked to the max - you can't lower it) or you turn it off and endure the room heating up very quickly.
The room was clean, the towels were clean but the problem with the AC made it really difficult to be able to sleep at all, having to wake up to turn off/on the AC every few hours during the night...
Location is good, quite central but nothing special.
Breakfast was decent, nothing special, not a huge range of options though.

The family owned feel is prevalent from every single staff member. It’s a pretty busy smaller hotel but they seem to have a large number of returning guests, which says a lot. Breakfast is complete and tasty and the restaurant always serves delicious food. The location is very safe and convenient.

The receptionist is very nice, location is good if you are looking to walk around the center of Tirana.
The hotel's maintenance is quite low, we took the family room on the upper floor.
The tub was leaking making the floor wet, and the water system in the sink would not go down while the tap was running, looks like the water system is very old and needs some fixing.
Other than that the room was very basic maybe a bit overpriced (90€ a night)
Breakfast was basic as well but sufficient.
