The hotel was good value for money and I felt safe during my stay. The cleaners did a great job and the staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The room was small (but as I was travelling alone, it was fine), and it was clean and comfortable. The street outside felt a bit unusual, but few minutes from the center. Breakfast was included, which is not always the case in hotels at this price, so I really appreciated that. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

I stayed here for two days and I loved everything - for $35 euros you get a nice room, breakfast and nice quality linen bedsheets ( very important for me). I stayed two nights and I loved it! Everyone in this hotel was so friendly and accommodating as well. Thank you so much!

WE WERE SENT TO TIRANA APARTMENTS DUE TO OVERBOOKING. There was an issue with my card (it was a disposable one), but o changed 3-4h after receiving the message from Booking (which said I had 24h to do so). In the day of our check-in, I exchanged messages with the hotel staff until noon (check-in was at 3pm), and they knew I'd arrive around 7pm. So they could have told us in advance they did not have rooms, and I have booked another hotel while I was on the road. However, they waited until we arrived in the evening (with only one night to explore Tirana) to let us know the hotel was overbooked (apparently, other guests had the same news just before us). They offered us an "upgrade", which was an Airbnb apartment listed as 20€ cheaper than what we paid, smelling like cigarettes, with broken things in the bathroom, and no shower gel. It was frustrating, but we accepted because it was late to start searching for something new, and we wanted to enjoy our dinner in the city. But that could have been avoided if they had told us about the overbooking in advance! They should have at least refunded the difference between what we paid and what we got!

I booked and paid for a specific (higher) room category in advance. Upon arrival at 2pm, I was told my room had been replaced by a basement-level room (lower category) with almost no daylight and a small window at ceiling height. This was not the category I booked, and I had received no prior call or message informing me of this change. Had I been told in advance, I would have cancelled before arrival, avoiding any inconvenience for either party. Faced with this downgrade, I left the hotel to find another solution, returned briefly around 4pm to collect my luggage, and departed for good shortly after. Despite explaining this, management refused a refund, insisting I had “used the room” and claiming they could not resell it, a situation that could have been avoided entirely with proactive communication. I fully understand high-season pressures and operational challenges. What I cannot accept is the lack of transparency before arrival and the refusal to resolve the situation fairly. The onsite staff were polite, but the management’s inflexibility left a lasting negative impression.

he staff at the hotel were very friendly and made a big difference to the overall experience. Their warmth, combined with the hotel’s stylish decor and cool rooms, really stood out. Although the hotel is located in an area that isn’t particularly scenic, you don’t notice it once you step inside—the atmosphere is inviting and well-designed. What brought the experience down a bit was the cleanliness of the bathroom, which still had traces from previous guests. Also, the bed in our room 204 sagged noticeably in the middle, causing us to roll into each other during the night. It was quite uncomfortable for the back.

Stylish boutique hotel in a good location. Only a short walk to the city centre.
Rooms are small and simple. Hardly space to put your suitcases down. The bathroom is tiny and the shower really a challenge. We stayed only for one night, so it was ok. Breakfast was included in our rate and tasty. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking garage free of charge.

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel just for one night, and we definitely recommend it for a short city break. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Staff was lovely and helpful. Hotel and rooms very nicely decorated also clean and tidy. We had a room on first floor. Don't expect amazing views as hotel is situated between buildings. Only issues we had was that a bathroom was quite small and shower hasn't a cubical (its only a drain hole in a floor). Because of this after a shower you couldn't walk into a bathroom barefoot and everything was wet. Overall we recommend it.

A lovely, little hotel within walking distance of nearly all of Tirana's sights. The staff are friendly, welcoming and full of information about what to visit. My room was comfortable and spotlessly clean and a delicious, fresh breakfast was served every morning.

Very nice, helpfull and friendly staff. Willing to go the extra mile to help the customers. Everyday a clean room. Closed parking garage at the hotel, this is even free of charge. We arrived early before check in time and they allowed us to use the garage already at no extra cost! Local breakfast with every morning a peace of delicious home made cake! Good coffee at breakfast. Made with a real coffee machine as in a good coffeeshop. 24/7 somebody at the reception for all your services. Eventough it's in the centre of the city it's a quit hotel. We had very good sleep!

This little gem was exactly what we were looking for… spacious quirky and central. The family loved it don’t let the outside fool you the hotel has fantastic service clean spacious rooms and a great morning breakfast I would stay here any time in Albania.

If you're looking for a cosy place to work in Tirana with WiFi, it definitely has the welcoming sofa you're looking for. Unfortunately, it was probably the worst and the most expensive cappuccino I had the misfortune to try in Tirana. Also, serving a cappuccino in a mug? No girl, that ain't cocoa. Besides, Tirana is like Italy 2.0 when it comes to good coffee. So if you're here for the caffeine, the heart shaped milk foam and a friendly service, abort mission.

It the perfect place if you want to study and drink a hot cup of coffee. It is usually populated with students, because it is very cozy to study there. They serve all types of coffee and they have a menu even for sweet things. It is not a good place for children and it does not have wheelchair amenities.
