We first arrived to an empty reception to wait 15 minutes for someone to appear and check us-in in the most rude and disinterested way.

After being showed where to take the lift, we came in to a room that had nothing to do with the advertised photos in the booking website; we've been already to 4 different hotels throughout Albanian cities and some of them also looked a bit different than the advertised images, however this case was absolutely disappointing. To begin with, the room was kind of an attic with only one small window in the ceiling from which you can hear the loud music being played from the events they do at night. The bathroom was small with everything in one half of the space; hairdryer wasn't working; the shower had two shower heads, one static above your head, and one you had to hold with your hand to shower yourself, the static head wasn't working, so you had to hold the other head to shower yourself uncomfortably. One of the nightstands had the handle broken with it inside the drawer waiting to be fixed (photos below).
The only view there was from the room was the hallway that takes you to the lift, but at least there was a curtain to provide some "privacy".

When we asked a staff member if we could wait somewhere around reception after checking out (our flight was at 7pm) she suggested to sit in the reception area (which is okay) but then when we asked where we could leave are luggage to which she just smiled saying "I don't know", showing the least of interest.

We only booked this hotel due to it's location next to the airport, and I understand prices are low for a reason, however there are certain details that should always be part of hospitality.

So, unless you're in need to be close to the airport and you don't mind about rude staff, and room in bad condition, I don't recommend anyone to stay here.
