Shocking but true, the housekeeping staff enter the rooms without knocking, even when the “Do Not Disturb” sign is on the door.
The kitchens are very poorly equipped, so we had to buy utensils, as well as some frying pans and saucepans because they were either very dirty or missing.
The owners’ children ride scooters and sometimes scream for hours at the reception area.
Not to mention the manager, who doesn’t say hello and burps in front of customers.
Nevertheless, a big thank you to Alex at reception, who was extremely kind and very helpful.
One major drawback, however, is the hotel's location and access. It sits at the end of a narrow, dead-end road that can become quite congested, especially when cars are parked on both sides. When we urgently needed a taxi to catch a coach, this proved to be quite stressful. Improving signage and rethinking the vehicle access or parking arrangements would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience.
Nonetheless, a pleasant stay overall with great hospitality.
