Lovely hotel. The family that owns it were super helpful and Dooniu took us for a tour which they will put on for you if you ask! Edmund and Edward were lovely gentlemen too. Great customer service. Would highly recommend this hotel

We had a nightmare start when Love Holidays who we booked through changed our hotel twice in less than 24 hours before the flight. It appears it was a twist of fate because we ended up staying at a gorgeous family run hotel where nothing was too much trouble. Accommodating from the word go; we didn’t even make it to reception before the owner was buying us a drink. I simply cannot fault the effort that everyone here went to in order to make us feel safe, comfortable and like family! Any small issues that your casual “hotel snob” might pick up on were irrelevant because of how kind and courteous everyone here is. Nothing was too much trouble. Even providing curry at 3am after a rather long night out in Tirana! Thank you to everyone at New W Hotel; you are a credit to the people of Albania and a shining example of how things should be done! We will be back

I stayed three nights at this hotel, booked directly by the iCare Dental Clinic, where I had dental implant surgery, which was excellently performed. What can I say? The standard room was very spacious. Well-appointed with attention to detail. The bathroom was also large and clean. A continental buffet breakfast with a wide selection of sweet and savory items, presented in an inviting and orderly manner. The restaurant offers Albanian specialties as well as international dishes, all excellently prepared by the chef. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help with any needs and recommend things to see in Tirana. A special thanks to Eduard, the owner, who offered to personally take me to the clinic on two occasions, and to Adri, the receptionist, who was always available and generous with advice. Thank you all. See you again!

Donny, Edmund, Tani and family made our stay very special for our first visit to Albania. Nothing was too much trouble, the rooms and food were excellent too. Highly recommended. Beautiful experience!!! I stayed at this hotel in October with my family, a group of 12 people, and from the moment of booking until departure everything went very well. I would like to start by thanking all the staff, Elio, Toni, the girls... (I don't remember everyone's name), they were all exceptional, always available and ready to fulfill our every request with courtesy and professionalism. The rooms and bathrooms are all new and furnished with design elements, large, clean and cared for in every detail. The international breakfast is very rich and prepared by a very nice Italian chef.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. We had a long day and a mishap with accommodation arrangements elsewhere and New W gave us rooms at a good rate and even though their kitchen had closed… They helped us order pizza from a pizza delivery shop… I think that was called perfect pizza… And it was wonderful… Good size rooms nicely presented…oh and the breakfast was great. 👍 ….. I cannot recommend more highly.:-)
