My partner and I have just returned from a wonderful short break in Tirana . Hotel Baron was perfectly situated , just 10 minutes from the Centre , set in a very traditional , busy village . The Hotel itself was excellent. The staff were so helpful and friendly . The room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony . The breakfast was cooked freshly each morning and served in a family type dining area . The Hotel is a small , perfect , homely traditional family run business and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend. Thank you !

Camped here for a few nights with our van. Tight ish entrance but do able and great for easy access to the city. It has a money exchange place and bakery etc all nearby as well as the bus stop (no 8/8A bus). The toilet and hot shower shared with other campers was appreciated as was the good WiFi

Staff were friendly and the property was nice and quiet. The breakfast was very good, fresh food and amazing eggs. Some areas in the bathroom could have been cleaner and the property was a little worn in places but would stay here again.

Good value for money
Cheap and cheerful, for £30 odd for a night, breakfast included it was really good value for money. The hotel staff were lovely, good working wifi and parking. Nice breakfast and easy to check in and out of. Good working air conditioning and a decent sized room. The only downside was the bathroom door didn’t shut properly as the handle on the inside was broken and the decor was a bit dated but again, can’t go wrong with the price, overall really good value for money.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. When we checked in, they said breakfast was included. In the morning, a staff member said there was no such thing and that breakfast wasn't included in the price. They lied to me about a small fee. I have many friends in Albania, and I felt sorry for this person.

The bathroom outlet was broken, the furniture looked old, and there were only duvet covers, no cups.

The hotel staff was nice, but the hotel itself looks cluttered and dirty. There are plants and random piles of trash everywhere! Also the bathroom is not quite up to standard

The view from our balcony was so amazing...omg!!! and the breakfast each morning was so fresh. We also booked a car through AlbCars and couldn’t be happier. It's cheaper than most rental desks and really convenient. Awesome Experience...

This hotel standards was worse than poor, I am unsure on what people seem to have enjoyed so much about it.
Parking is free which is nice considering the surrounding area is unsafe to leave your car overnight.
The room was really small and unclean, there were stains on the towels and the bedsheets. The toilet wasn’t any cleaner, with a foul smell coming from inside it.
The staff were equally poor. We had gone downstairs to enquire about breakfast and the receptionist very rudely said “I said just sit down”. He told us he would bring the menu for the breakfast, but he didn’t and instead started to make whatever he wanted, without giving us the choice of what we wanted to eat.
He served us ham on our plate initially, which we cannot eat as we’re muslim. He was huffing and puffing then removed it from our plates. He then brought our food with his beard hairs in the omelette which was sickening. Again, I asked him to change the plate and he did. Another guest asked for directions to the toilet and he got very angry, talking to her rudely. We didn’t know how much we were going to pay for our breakfast as he didn’t communicate anything to us, just forced us to sit down and be his puppet.
This hotel is at an all time low, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. All of the awards you see in the hotel are from 10-15 years ago and unfortunately they are no longer at that standard.
