My experience in the hotel has been really positive. I have no complaints and only compliments for the staf and venue it self. And also my sleep was excellent all thee days which is something rear for me at hotels.

They got extra fee from us in name of "tourist tax" which is additional amount to what is shown in *******. Also reception at the nighttime was not welcoming.
I used this place for pitstop for my other trips, in overall room is good. But couldn't stay there more than 2 days. Extra fees and explanations regarding them is annoying. ( poor management in overall )

Quaint, lovely hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. Simple but very on point. I had zero complaints. Special thanks to the receptionist guy on night duty who helped us settle in late at night after we had to hurriedly leave our prior hotel. Will 100% recommend Vila Alize.

High rating on booking.com because they cancel your reservation so you can’t leave them a review. They assumed my change left in my room was “tip” but then they said they clean your room everyday, and “cleaned” my room while I was out getting money to extend. They gave me a coke and water and guy on the phone asked “what else do you want?” How about ask before coming into my room to clean”? I tried giving the maid a 500 to indicate that hey if you really want it, you just need to ask, which she refused thankfully because I wasn’t able to be Tirana’s unlimited ATM. That night I left to another hotel, which was a waste of my time and money pay double and hire another taxi to the next hotel

good quality hotel, dinner food very good, do not miss this opportunity!, compliments to the chef. enjoyed the sauna and the massage. also always relaxed on the large (15m2) quiet terrace at our room, good beds and quiet rooms, we willen come back

Great hotel, easy to find and room was large and comfortable. Service was great, person working at the front desk helped us organise a taxi and was super friendly.
