We left the hostel a night early as it was not clean, lacking a decent kitchen and bathroom facilities. Misleading photos even according to the volunteers, definitely didn't represent the current state of hostel. Organisation was lacking, couldn't tell who worked there, overbooked and didn't have enough beds available. We were over charged for our stay despite showing them confirmation of the booking, they made an excuse about not having any change but then pretended it was a better deal! Can't understand previous good reviews as the only good thing was that the beds were clean and comfy.

I didnt stay long at this hostel ,the day i came things not in order there wasnt even a sheet on the bed ,luckily next day was sorted.The location is good walking distance to bus station and to eateries.The staff were friendly ,the free breakfast was later so i didnt get opportunity to try and see what was available

Had a really bad and unpleasant experience with this hostel. I had a reservation there for some time, and 2 days before arriving I wrote to ask how to get there from the airport and surprise surprise, I was told that they can't host me and I need to cancel. Apparently they were having plumbing issues, but they did not bother to notify the guests who had reserved there. And they said it's perfectly acceptable to write me two days before arriving (not by their own initiative!) that the reservation is cancelled. Really unprofessional and doesn't seem to understand the basics of hospitality.

Loren boss is a amazing, hostel aura is so chill under the orange trees. Breakfast is enough for the start your day.. Hostel Location is very good neighbourhood. I highly recommend to zigzag. Thank you for your hospitality...

The best breakfast ever!
The place is very cozy and the garden is amazing!
The hostel is just 15 minutes walking from the main city square.
Close to the hostel there is a parking where you can park the park for 700 lek per day.

It's was a great recommendation by me for those who want to explore Tirana. All the bus stops are within walking distance, you can go anywhere airport or picnic places. They also offer breakfast and honestly, the hostel is very clean and at this price, I can't get a meal from the restaurant. They have a nice sitting area outside in the garden. I am from London and I spent 12 beautiful days and the staff was very friendly

After Looking at the pictures they put obline we decided to stay there since they looked great. So we booked the 2bed room.. Unfortunately the only room without pictures.. for a certain reason. It was dodgy, not renovated like the other rooms and dirty.
