The drinks were excellent, well-prepared, and very refreshing with great presentation. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and the service made the experience even better. A special thanks to our waiter Silvio, who was very friendly, attentive, and gave great recommendations. His service really stood out and made our visit even more pleasant.

The service was excellent. Our waiter KLEO was extremely polite, attentive, and professional.
He made sure everything was perfect and created a very welcoming atmosphere. Great service like this really makes the dining experience special. Highly recommended!

Eat at resturaunt, brunch was the option, was amazing. Super good portions and food was amazing. Service was done by KLEO great man and asked questions about service. If everything was OK and everything. VERY happy. Great prices aswell for being a luxury hotel rooftop!

Breakfast was the main disappointment. While there was a wide selection, the food did not feel fresh and the overall quality was below expectations. In addition, getting coffee required actively go and looking for a staff member, rather than being served proactively.
The highlight of the hotel, in my opinion, was the spa. It was beautiful, well maintained, and very well designed.

What truly made this experience unforgettable, though, was the manager, Mimoza. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—genuinely kind, attentive, professional, and clearly passionate about providing excellent service. It’s rare to see leadership so present and invested in both the guests and the staff, and it shows in every detail of the experience.
The entire staff at the restaurant was amazing—friendly, professional, and welcoming—but a special mention goes to Donald, who was absolutely fantastic. Donald was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring, making sure every detail was perfect throughout our visit. His professionalism and warmth truly elevated the entire experience.

Great restaurant in 'blocku', very, very attentive staff. Hendrit and Altin who manage the open area in the front did very well when the restaurant was full on the weekend. The menu is a mix of Italian and Balkan food so ask them to suggest when you order food, specially Balkan food. They just need to be more conversant in English. Great job guys and good food!

Shady practices - I was charged for mini bar items that I did not have and staff basically said I was lying because they had a photo of a full mini bar from 3 days before I arrived. Definitely not the upscale style that I was expecting.

Where do I start? The service is what sets this hotel apart! Everyone is so helpful, there to see your every need is met. We needed to store bags for a couple hours-and they called us a cab to the airport. I needed to print something out for our travel and got it instantly.
The breakfast is insanely delicious. The food is cosmopolitan and very high quality. The oj is freshly squeezed. The cappuccino is simply divine. The server was on point, gracious and classy.
The rooms are so quiet-you’d never know you’re right in the middle of one of the most happening parts of Tirana with access to a ton of nice restaurants, including the hotel restaurant. The maid service is excellent.

Everything in the hotel was simply excellent.
The room was spacious and very elegant, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was wow. We also had a balcony to the backyard which was really nice.
Everyone in the the hotel were lovely, the common spaces were luxurious and the breakfast which was a la cart was great.
Highly recommend!!
