City Hotel Tirana in Tirana

In my opinion, a hotel really only needs 5 things to be a great stay- good service, cleanliness, a comfortable bed, good water pressure and good wifi. City hotel Tirana was absolutely 5/5, making for an excellent stay.
The employees were kind and helpful (even lending an iron when we had to iron clothing for a wedding) and everything went smoothly. It’s not the most extravagant stay if you’re looking for fanciness, but it has been my favorite spot so far on my 3 week trip to stay. All of my needs are met and the location is fantastic. I’d highly recommend this spot!

The City Hotel is hands down the best place to stay in Tirana. It is perfectly located on a charming street near tons of great bars and restaurants, and just a short walk from most of the main attractions. Even though it's in the center of everything, it's peaceful and quiet. The price can't be beat, and the rooms are spotlessly clean and well-appointed. Don't miss the breakfast- it is a true feast and very delicious! More than anything else though, the owners are so warm, welcoming, and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need for your stay. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Lovely place to stay for a great price! The food (breakfast) and service are very good and the staff is very friendly. The location is very safe and close to the city center. Overall would recommend to anyone planning to stay in Tirana!

The location is perfect as you can easily walk into central Tirana and Bloku is around the corner. There are excellent bars and restaurants close to the hotel. While the hotel is basic, it is good value for money and the owners/managers are very helpful. I would definitely recommend both the hotel and Tirana.

Amazing place to stay! The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to help with everything. The rooms are really clean and the location is perfect! Would 100% recommend to everyone!

Overall very good. The old waiter is also very hardworking and enthusiastic, I like it very much. The room is small but enough for one person. There is also a refrigerator in the room, thumbs up! The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that the hot water for bathing is not from a water heater, but from a water storage tank. I always use hot water when taking a shower, so the water heater does not have enough hot water.

The best bit ! My room was 93 seconds away from a wonderful pint of Guinness. Meduza Irish Pub is next door, noise not an issue. Small hotel but it feels like home .

We got there at 2 am because we had a problem with other hotel and Edmond was our guardian angel! His hotel is really beatiful, it has a great location and the breakfast was absolutely DELICIOUS. Thank you for hosting us! Mónica, Claudia and Dolores

A quiet cosy hotel, with the most welcoming hosts I have met. Great and quick service. Within walking distance of many essential services including supermarkets and restaurants. Most appealing is that there is a warm and welcoming atmosphere you rarely ever find even in 5 star hotels. If ever I am in Tirana again, I will certainly stay at City Hotel.

We had a great stay at the City Hotel in Tirana. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location. Parking in the nearby recommended car park overnight was OK too. We could walk to the places we wished to visit and the room was about right for the price we paid. We had a simple but welcome breakfast each morning and enjoyed chatting to the family (I assume family) who run the hotel. I would recommend and if we came again would stay again.
