A small, comfortable hotel offers a convenient location in the centre of the resort, cosy and bright rooms and dishes of Ukrainian and Caucasian cuisine. To get to the lift, thanks to a special service that is also not difficult.

Location: Tsaghkadzor, 40 km from Yerevan, in 68 km from the airport of Yerevan, walking distance from the Kecharis monastery XI century, 1 km from the ski lift.
Consists of 2-storey building.

The hotel offers its guests a Shuttle service to the ski lift every 30 minutes.

Good rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast could be better (previously stayed in other hotel and it was much more better). Possibility to play bowling (1 hour 10k drams), billiard (2k drams for russian or standard) but tables and other must be renovated. Different Restaurants nearby, as well as in the same building ("Kavkaskaya plenitsa") with very good and tasty dishes. Location is good if you want to be in the center and crowd place. Hotel is not close to ski area & rope, but you can ask for transfer.

On the first day of my stay I had to take a doo doo very badly, after me and my family entered our room we realized that there was no lock to the bathroom. While in the middle of doing my business, one of the hotel lady’s entered the bathroom (to delive toiletries). She barges in without knocking. The room number of the room stayed at for 4 nights was 105

Hotel has a good overall quality. Modern and convenient. No ac in all rooms. Very clean. Single rooms a bit small especially bathroom. In total recommendable hotel. Rooms towards road a bit affected by the street noise

Great hotel for skiing! While the snow was not great, we didn't let that affect the whole experience. Yes, the hotel is not close to the ropeway but they organise free transfers to and from the hotel. Which is better as the street it's on has most of the popular restaurants to eat in Tsaghkadzor. Our room was huge as we asked specifically for a room with a bathtub.
All the staff were very nice and super helpful - we arrived at 2am and found our check-in experience to be quick and effortless.
The included breakfast was like a continental-style buffet - the only issue was it was a little late, 9.30am-11.30am. The ropeway opens 9am.
The bowling alley and games area was a great addition to our evening (especially with the bar present😁).
The 2 restaurants connected to the hotel were both exceptional.
Overall for our first trip to Armenia, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will definitely come back next winter!

That hotel placed in the middle of town, and in the basement there are two the most famous restaurants in the area (factually one, with one kitchen and two different names for every halls). Also they have the one internal restaurant on the ground level, where they served breakfast (included in the room's price) and offer dinner for payment.
Pros - location, 3 restaurants, the best breakfast in the area, price is valuable, video-games (XBox based), American and Russian pool tables, 2 bowling track)
Cons - as usual you have to wait 10-15 minutes for get warm water for shower at the morning, and after that it will be not warm enough. In the cold weather there are a lot of chinks and cracks for wind, the rooms merely warm enough for sleep. The environment is not new and fixed properly.
Conclusion - it's one of optimal choice for stay there, nut be ready for small troubles with water and temperature.

Worse
The room has a fridge, nebiim all sorts of does not need alkogolnie napitkami for BB in my opinion. No air conditioning and very stuffy in the summer. Great window night and could not sleep from the noise ventilazione mines of the neighboring restaurants. WiFi doesn't Lovett back up there in the room. From TV there is a sheet with 15-20 kanalami, from which Lovett back up there 5-6 that bad. Has caused a sysadmin you to troubleshoot WiFi and TV, but 2 days did not wait.

Great hotel! The best location - all shops restaurants of Tsaghkadzor here, near the Museum, the outdoor swimming pool. Directly at the hotel there is a ski rental, free Shuttle service to the mountain at any time. The building has two ATMs. Good breakfasts and restaurant dinners(not buffet). Comfortable beds, quiet. Even in the off-season is the only restaurant in the lobby bar which is life. The only disadvantage is the lack of a drying room for ski clothes and would like to have Breakfast began an hour earlier at 8: 00 and the car also opened not at 10: 00 and at 9: 00 am to early to be not a mountain.
