Otlichnyy otel. Udobnyy matras,priyatnoe bele,halat,tapochki, polotentsa i raznoobrazie prinadlezhnostey dlya gigieny. Zavtraki raznoobraznye i vkusnye. Personal vezhlivyy i vnimatelnyy. S udovolstviem vernyomsya snova.

Otel v tsentre. Vse osnovnye obekty goroda ryadom. U nas byl standartnyy nomer s balkonom, chto bylo ochen udobno dlya vechera na svezhem vozduhe, da i vid krasivyy otkryvalsya. Personal vezhlivyy i otzyvchivyy. Ochen ponravilas sauna i hammam

Raspolozhenie otelya eto prosto ego ogromnyy plyus! Mozhno gulyat po gorodu i naslazhdatsya vidami. Nomera chistye i komfortnye. V tselom, otel horoshiy) Bylo sytnoe i vkusnoe pitanie. Igrali v bilyard i bouling, kruto, chto vnutri otelya est takie razvlekuhi.

Otel v tsentre goroda, v shagovoy dostupnosti ot glavnyh dostoprimechatelnostey. My ostanovilis na paru dney, i vsyo bylo idealno. Prozhivali v kottedzhe, ochen uyutno! Personal privetlivyy i vsegda gotov pomoch. Otlichnoe mesto dlya kratkosrochnogo otdyha v Sochi!

Superb mountain resort hotel, the room was very warm and the bed was comfy. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the local cheese and fruit juice were excellent. The location is just 3 minutes walk from the bus station and one of the easiest to find around this area.

A typical ski resort, where you will be on your own. Near to a lot of good restaurants nearby. Madam room attendant during night and Varuj from F&B is very accommodating. They smile more out of all the staff. Arrived a little early before check in time. Had to wait another 30 mins after 2:00 pm for the last room. We appreciate if atleast 1 out of the 3 rooms have been given before 2:00pm. Moreover our stay is OK

Otdyhali s muzhem v dannom otele v nomere dupleks. Nomer chistyy, uyutnyy, no nemnogo "ustavshiy". Na vtorom etazhe est tolko nochnye shtory, kotorye ne polnostyu zakryvayut okno. Na krovati otsutstvuet pokryvalo, chto bylo ochen strannym. Na pervom etazhe bylo znachitelno prohladno, na vtorom etazhe bylo nevynosimo dushno. Kogda prinimaesh dush, to voda rastekaetsya po vsemu polu i potom prihoditsya hodit po ogromnoy luzhe. V nomere bylo vse, za isklyucheniem halatov. Ya obratilas k administratoru, kotoryy nas vstretil, pri etom sovsem ne privetlivo. Poprosila prinesti halaty v nash nomer. Devushka, dazhe ne posmotrev na menya, rezko otvetila, chto halaty seychas prinesut. Takzhe ya sprosila, gde prohodyat zavtraki i kuda mozhno obratitsya po povodu prokata ekipirovki i lyzhnogo snaryazheniya, mne takzhe posledoval otvet v rezkoy forme. Za chistotoy v nomere sledyat, kazhdyy den obnovlyayut tualetnye prinodlezhnosti. Zavtrak ochen prilichnyy, mozhno vybrat vse na lyuboy vkus.

This is one of the best hotels we stayed. It is located in city centre with all restaurants and shops nearby. It is not near the slopes if you are skiing but the hotel provides a shuttle 3 times during the day to take you to the slopes. Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, comfort all round. There are no swimming pool and sauna and jacuzzi in this hotel if you are a fan of swimming after skiing. Overall great experience and awesome hotel. Will definitely book again in this hotel.

Otel bolshoy, i v samom tsentre s interesnymi restoranami i kafe. Vid gde zavtrak ochen krasivyy, no zavtrak skromnyy i rastvorimyy kofe, pochemu to armyane ne stavyat kofemashinu dlya kapuchchino. Krovat udobnaya, no vot v nashem nomere ne zakryvalas balkonnaya dver. V nomere vse bylo: tapochki, sredstva dlya dusha i vannoy nabor. No samoe konechno glavnoe eto raspolozhenie.
