I had best experience in this guest house. everything is a piece of art. comfy and super friendly staff. if you are a group of friends just try it as the garden is good for BBQ and night gathering.

This place is amazing, if you are in doubt about booking it just go for it! Simple but comfy and cozy! The host is the best host ever! We arrived very early (8am) and the room was occupied but she let us stay comfortable in the living room and gave us free breakfast!! The breakfast is amaaazing full of options with a good variety of fruits and it changes everyday! 15min walking from metro and vernissage

The owner of the house, Arpine, prepared a cozy room with all the amenities and a colorful view of the yard, where you could see the family dog, who delighted with her appearance every morning

This is a small guesthouse with a fairly convenient location that allows you to walk to the center of Yerevan. The room was comfortable and fairly clean

Rooms are basic but comfortable (ac, private bathroom, mini fridge and hair dryer)! Super recommend the place!

Maybe it's because of the timing, but since we were staying, they brought us something special as soon as we arrived: cake, fruit, and hot chocolate. The only downside is that the bathroom doesn't have a bidet

Also, they don't clean every day; I think I should mention it. I'll upload photos and a video of the place to show you more. com, but they didn't take the money when we arrived

The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The house itself is beautifully decorated, the room is clean, comfortable, and stylish. The breakfasts are very varied and filling; we couldn't finish our meals even once

A lovely place to stay and relax. Hosts are very caring and warm. We had delicious and nutritious breakfast. The place has also a little museum of old models of telephones, with embroided ceiling

It was my second visit to this place. It is calm and at the same time near central part of the city. It has a very beautiful garden. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very tasty

We stayed from February 4 to February 11, 2024. In the city center, within the Ring Boulevard. Within walking distance of many shops, cafes and restaurants. And many other interesting things - I will not list them

Compact rooms with amenities and very polite staff

The staff was always smiling and friendly. The room didn't have a window, so it felt a bit cramped, but it was clean and the towels were fluffy. The location was also convenient, closer to Republic Square.

The shared bathroom would be fine, but I was unpleasantly surprised that it's a separate building that's constantly ventilated, meaning it's VERY COLD to shower there in the fall

And there's the inconvenience of having to put on shoes and a jacket to go to the bathroom. The bed is a bit "wooden," but it's comfortable. There are shops and a bakery nearby

One of the Best Guest houses in Stepanavan. Nice and clean rooms, helpful host. Great location. 5min by car to Stepanavan.

This studio-style cabin features a mini kitchen, refrigerator, stove, dishes, kettle, hairdryer, and iron—everything is provided. Outside, there's a barbecue, swings, a trampoline, and a huge spruce garden

Everything was nice — beautiful nature, very fresh air, peaceful surroundings. The room was a bit cold for staying with a baby, but they kindly provided a heater

Suggestion for the owners: it would be helpful to coordinate parking arrangements in advance to avoid any confusion or awkward moments between guests

I want to share my vivid and warm impressions of our trip to Dilijan! Everything was perfect from the very beginning: while looking for accommodation, we found this wonderful house online and immediately fell in love with it from the photos

Our favorite house in Dilijan ❤️ It's clean and comfortable, and has everything a family could need. Plenty of towels, blankets, throws, pillows—just the thing! Dishes, a stove, a refrigerator, and a new washing machine

The property boasts a great mountain view and a beautiful, tidy yard. The location is excellent — close to the center but still perfectly quiet and relaxing. The hosts are incredibly kind and hospitable

It is very rare to stay in a hotel with this price and service in Gyumri. The environment is quiet, the room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich. It is the best choice!

Best place to stay in Dilijan! Much more better than any big hotels here! I've been working as a guide in Armenia for more than 5 years, and 100% of my tourist were excited after staying here! Comfortable and safe place, frew wife, clean, very nice and helpful family + incredible tasty homemade food! And good price for all of this!

It's a very beautiful place and they cook delicious food there, the only "but" is the sound of the speakers.

When you arrive it's a bit difficult to find - you need to go up the stairs to something that looks like a gym or whatnot, once you are inside the entrance of the guest house is easy to find

I stayed in the station guest house in Gyumri for one night on my way to Georgia. It's very new and clean, with big rooms and nice showers/washrooms

The guest house is only a short walk from the bus station and about 15 minutes walk from the train station. The old town is in easy walking distance. Overall a really great stay and thanks to the staff for all the help

The owner and management are super friendly and helped me to book the mashrutka to Georgia for the next day and even accompanied me to the bus station and made sure everything was ok

Price is perfect, space is clean, staff is super friendly and helpful. Looks nice and good location (although you do have to search for the spot a little)!

Nice and clean guest house with good sized rooms down a quiet back street. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Republic Square. Owners are really nice and helpful even thought we did not speak the same language.
