Yes, there are steps to climb to access the accommodation. But this is largely compensated by the terrace with the view of all of Yerevan and Mount Ararat during morning coffee or evening aperitif! Basic but comfortable room, special mention for the very good bedding and the Italian shower. And the price is very reasonable considering the location 5 minutes from Kaskad and the Materadaran Museum!

Great little family run boutique hotel/guesthouse close to cascade and a short walk from the city centre. Owner Artak and his family are all very kind and friendly. The access to the property is via stairs in one of the older neighbourhoods of yerevan. Rooms can be a little warm however for the price its an absolute bargain and the hospitality is second to non.

I gave it a 5 because the spartan conditions were fine for a couple of nights. The mattress on the bed might have been a bit of a problem, but I didn't have any particular issues. The location is very convenient—near the Cascade, above the city center, with a great view. The hosts are polite and friendly.

The room is very clean and has a refrigerator, washing machine and kitchen supplies. The only bad thing is that the fan is not cool enough and the location is halfway up the mountain. acceptable

This is a family hotel. It's on a mountain. You can't get to the door by taxi. You have to climb up about 30 narrow steps. It's very inconvenient for people with large luggage. In addition, all rooms do not have air conditioning. In the hot summer months, the room temperature is 30°C, making it impossible to sleep. There is an open-air balcony. You can wash clothes and cook.

Great guesthouse. I combined it with climbing Mount Azhdahak. Tigran is very friendly.

This hotel offers a wonderful view of the city! The staff is very friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any questions or issues 🫶🏻. The aparthotel is very nice; we stayed from November 28th to December 2nd. The room was clean, the Wi-Fi was good, and there was a stovetop, electric kettle, and all the necessary utensils. The apartment was excellent, with a stunning view of the city. It was very spacious and cozy. The room had all the necessary kitchen utensils in case anyone wanted to cook, as well as toiletries, slippers, and a hairdryer. The only thing I'd like to warn you about is the chill in the room, so bring a warmer robe.

It's clean and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, even a washing machine, even though it's only shared between several rooms. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is located high on a hill, making the climb a bit of a challenge even for young people; it's easier to take a taxi. However, the view from the hotel is beautiful.

Although the room is small, it is clean and tidy. I got a taste of village life. The service attitude is good and enthusiastic. They helped us cook in the evening and arranged breakfast in advance in the morning according to our request. It was a very good experience.

Very nice people, I never met the owner, spoke to her on couple of occasions. The hotel is right by a busy highway, the first room they gave me was very noisy, with the windows close, moved me to another room inside less noisy, has room darkening curtains, relatively ok. We stayed at this hotel in May 2024, everything was absolutely clean and comfortable, for this price it is impossible to find such a clean hotel in Yerevan, they also have a kitchen where you can make tea and coffee. For the price paid, the overall experience was a plus. The room and ensuite appeared quite new and were both clean and suitable. Soap and shampoo was provided and a welcome chocolate too, which I appreciated. There is also a kitchen/lounge and dinning common area which was a bonus, and the lobby was nicely designed. Modern and comfortable room in beautiful surroundings. Conveniently located just off Dilijan's main street with supermarkets, banks and restaurants within easy walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was decent and plenty of variety. Would happily stay here again next time we're in Dilijan.

This is such a fantastic place, the guest house is full of lovely little touches that provide a feel of Armenia. Average 3+ If you want to relax with your family and have a view of the forest (2 m) from your balcony, this is the perfect place. Unfortunately, if you spend too much time in your room or outside the hotel, you won't be able to play tennis or badminton.

I found the description of the room (in Booking.com) a bit misleading as it said there was a kitchen which to me implies I could cook there but it only had a sink, a fridge and one hob on which to boil water for tea or coffee. Extremely cosy guesthouse just outside of the town - 30-40 minutes walk from Dilijan centre. Shops nearby. Quiet location with beautiful views of the valley. Everything made of wood with a traditional feel.

Nelli is a lovely host, she‘s very welcoming and will help you with everything that you‘ll need! The breakfast and dinner were fantastic and everything freshly prepared! (3000 and 5500 Dram pp) Rooms were very clean, and you had a also a small kitchen. Only the mattress in our room could have been replaced as they were not that comfortable, but that‘s only our own opinion :-)
