Dilijan Nature Cottage in Dilijan

What a fabulous and peaceful stay! If you are searching for peace and quiet, then this is the place for you! About 2 hours from Yerevan, as you come through the tunnel on the motorway you are embraced by pine trees and mountains. Ecokayan is about a 10mins drive from the center of Dilijan and it’s in a world of its own. A welcome escape from the hustle of life! Beautifully set amongst the trees, all you can hear is the animals and the running water from the stream. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and kind and helped me with my terrible attempt at speaking Armenian! Food is normally served as a buffet but as I was one of only a few guests, I was treated to a feast presented to me each morning and evening! A selection of amazing food. The rooms were very comfy and have everything you need. It was a delight to sit on the balcony and listen to just nature and read a book. Dilijan town is about a 30-40mins walk from the hotel, the road is more of a dirt track to begin with but a lovely walk through the forest. It is quite isolated so I would recommend bring snacks! There are plenty of hikes in the area and then a walk back up to the hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making it a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay at EcoKayan! The location is perfect – surrounded by nature, quiet, clean air, and stunning forest views. The hotel has a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere, and you can feel the care put into every detail. Our room was comfortable and spotless, with everything we needed for a peaceful rest. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and felt homemade, with fresh local ingredients. What we loved most was how peaceful and authentic the place is – it’s the perfect getaway for relaxation, hiking, or just enjoying Dilijan’s nature. We definitely plan to come back again and recommend it to anyone visiting Dilijan!

Everything was great — the place, the atmosphere, the nature, the animals. The room was clean and the food was excellent. The only small downside was the road leading to the hotel, which was a bit bumpy, and there was no tea or coffee provided in the room. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

I found this place completely by accident just zooming in on the green part of Dilijan on Google Maps like a bored explorer, and there it was. A hidden gem that’s close to the main square yet so peaceful you’ll forget what traffic sounds like. You can walk there in about 35 minutes (if you enjoy pretending you’re in a movie montage) or drive in 10. The staff are warm, the food’s great, and the weekend just flows easily here. But the real star? The gilt . Absolute celebrity energy. The dogs follow her, the ducks make way, even the roosters seem a little intimidated.she owns the place and honestly, she knows it.

Remotely situated but very close to Dilidjan. This place is a little gem, a piece of heaven on earth! Everything about this place breathes the care and love of nature that's been put in it. And they are still making it even better, would love to see the new additions they're making

What a lovely setting, hidden behind trees and with a mountain creek running through the complex. It is a great place for kids and families. The road to arrive to the lodge is not paved which makes it a bit of a worry when you have a rental car. The buffet has a great spread and variety of dishes. Impeccably clean, a very nice get away!

We already have good memories from our 2 days at Eco Station Dilijan Resort, where we loved everything, the nature, the wildlife, the delicious food, the comfortable rooms on the riverbank and the pleasant view and of course the warm attitude towards the guests. We will gladly return again to Eco Station Dilijan Resort ☺️

Was with friends for the business holiday and river fishing in Dilijan. Very nice hotel right in the forest far from noisy city. Staff was very friendly and helpful . Strictly recommend who likes the nature and passive rest. The only negative was the noise of river

This eco-friendly resort hotel requires a 1.6-kilometer drive along a forest path (see Figure 6) to reach the resort, which feels like it's nestled in the forest. The road is uneven, so an SUV is more suitable.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, but it doesn't start until 9 a.m., and listening to the gurgling stream at night is a great way to fall asleep. The hotel also has three dogs, including a black German Shepherd, a very smart and well-behaved seven-month-old, and a delightful sight.

Great boutique hotel. Very clean & has a good breakfast. Easy access to the hiking trails.
