The best hostel in terms of comfort on our trip around the Caucasus. Very well outfitted dorm rooms with spaceous and private beds (though only USB port to charge, no outlet). Fantastic bathrooms, obviously cleaned daily. The communal areas on the ground floor feel a bit sterile, since this is a mixed use building (it also has conference rooms and a library, amongst other things), but the roof terrace is a nice hangout space and has a fantastic view and is accessible day and night. Very friendly and helpful host. Good location in Dilijan, theres a supermarket nextdoor which is very handy.

I come to this guesthouse in Dilijan very often throughout the year — sometimes I stay for a week or more. I’ve been here with friends, with colleagues, and members of my family have also visited — and everyone is always amazed by how genuinely warm, welcoming, and loving the staff are. Over the course of many visits, I’ve lost count of how many times they’ve helped me — with absolutely anything I needed. They upgrade my room every single time it’s possible (which is, somehow, always!), invite me to their events, movie nights, and make me feel like part of their little community. And I’m not just talking about the amazing people at the reception desk — I mean the whole team: the cleaning staff who talk to me like I’ve come home to my mom, the security guys who always smile and say hi. Every single person here makes this place special. But beyond the people, the place itself is great — cozy rooms, probably the only reasonably priced accommodation in Dilijan for this quality (honestly, they could charge more), a super comfortable kitchen where we cook three meals a day, and a beautiful rooftop terrace where I’ve spent more than a dozen unforgettable evenings with wonderful people. I could go on and on — but I’ll stop here so there’s still a room left for me when I come back. 😄

Really awesome hostel! Everything is clean and new and the rooftop is spacious and has an amazing view. You even get discounts at various restaurants in the area with your room card if you ask them.
Washing machine and dryer are free!

Wow, this hostel is amazing. Impeccably clean, cozy, quiet, and comfortable. Incredible views from the cute rooftop deck. Great location, friendly staff, nice showers, spacious bunk beds, even laundry?! And a great social mission as well. Couldn't ask for more. Loved it, hope to return someday.

I had the pleasure of staying in Room 10, which offers the best view you could imagine. Originally, I had booked a dorm room, but Diane kindly advised me to upgrade, and I’m so glad I took her recommendation! I spent three wonderful days there, waking up to the most breathtaking views I’ve ever seen in Dilijan. The hospitality was top-notch — the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I felt very secure throughout my stay. Thank you so much for making my visit so special. I highly recommend this place!

This hostel is superb, Diane is very friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge, and goes the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, and air-conditioned, free wireless internet in the lounge with some computers also connected to the internet The kitchen is good and a real bonus is a co-working tea-coffee Its location is in the heart of Dilijan and it's an easy walk to get anywhere. At night, they've secured doors at the entrance, which gives any traveler the feeling of more security. I stayed in a 4-bed mixed and moved to a standard room and had no complaints whatsoever - of course, reviews like this and the ones below make this a popular place to stay, I don't think there was one day when this place wasn't busy - book early. once again thank you Diane we will be back

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the service is excellent. The view from the roof is amazing, making the overall experience truly outstanding. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay! The place also almost in the center of the city so it’s comfortable place for traveling around the city .

amazing place. First & last impressions was so good. thanks to Daiane. She managed to change our room so fast and easy and provide extra care during our stay. Superclean and good housekeeping Secuirity is there all day and the best thing is it is inside of Tumo - great project with a great people.

Great value hostel. I booked a private room and bathroom which were both of a good size and clean. The rooftop has amazing views of the local area. It was nice that there was a free washing and drying machine to use. There was no noise from the other guests either. Definitely recommend.

We have already been here in August for a few days and realized that fortunately, we found a place in Dilijan where we will always stay, or even just sit and work in their wonderful co-working, if we don't intend to stay in Dilijan. I am already planning the next times of staying here. We are incredibly happy with the very responsive staff and the feeling that everyone is always waiting for you there!
