The rooms and facilities were great. The concierge and reception were always helpful even if they were not immediately able to solve a problem. The guest house we stayed in was warm, well equipped, and within walking distance of the centre of Tsaghkadzor (for restaurants and shops). Recommended!

I paid around 100$+ per night for 4 people. I think it value for money. There is a private unit with 2 bedroom. Which is cheap in my opinion. But room is quite noisy from outside or the room next door. The service is normal in Armenia you should not expect that! Ah I forgot the bathroom is water leakage when shower the water will came out on the floor. I will remove room from 4 star to 3 star…sorry...

The property was well decorated, inviting and clean. We had some problems with our shower drain being clogged and our kitchen sink as well. The walls are very thin so it can be challenging to find peace and quiet but it’s a very cute property.

Never been at such a nice place! Sandra is helpful, kind, the place is very clean and well equipped. You can stay in the B&B, camp in a hired tent or your own, or in your camper and you can even store your vehicle for a couple of months. And you will meet a lot of other people/overlanders. A great place to spend the weekend during the summer. The pool is clean and well-maintained, and the lake beach is also nice and tidy. Stayed here for one night to celebrate our anniversary. They gave us the dome closest to the lake, which had a beautiful view and felt really special. What a lovely setting, hidden behind trees and with a mountain creek running through the complex. It is a great place for kids and families.
