For a 3 stars hotel, it’s not that bad, the employees are very nice and always here for us, cleaning and making the rooms are perfect.
The rooms are okay, not that much places, but still comfy and secure.
Many negative things that the hotel manager should check: the bathroom have a street odours sometimes, I understand it’s a one floor hotel next to the street level but it’s should be important to be careful about odour hygiene and specially in the bathrooms,
It’s really important that the hotel should have a safe box stuck in the room wall to keep our importants documents and feel safe.
Like I said, for a 3 stars hotel, I pretty like it, and specially the hotel location is next to almost everything, you don’t need a car to reach the most important locations in Yerevan.
Recommend, but staff and the manager should invest a little bit more in the hotel to attract even more clients.
Once entered, it looks like a completely different place, so don't be detracted from the exteriors.
The rooms are medium small, but fully equipped with all the toiletries and amenities you could need in a trip (including sleepers, tooth paste, etc).
A complementary breakfast is included in the price.
We stayed in a 2 bed room that was in the corner. It was quite roomy. Good sized fridge, nice HDTV, Good sized bathroom and shower. Relatively quiet.
They stored our bags for free, while we waited for a late flight.
You are 50m from Great Supermarket, a 24/7 store that also will make you fresh Kabob (ground beef, ground chicken, chicken leg, wings, etc) for 700+ right there!
You are ~300m from the Opera!
Stay here. We will the next time we come to Yerevan. You should too!
Firstly the location is wonderful. Walk to the metro, cascades, supermarkets and Republic square quickly.
Secondly the hotel is nicely setup. Comfortable and quiet rooms, great shower and small fridge. Only downside is the breakfast, which has to be eaten at a time defined by you, which is a little strange, and is not that filling.
