This is an excellent hotel. The place is so quiet, you can rest properly, and it is very secure. It is also very close to the city center. There is a bakery nearby which sells good quality breads at a very low price. It is also surrounded by plenty of top-rated restaurants, and is near the "SAS" supermarket, which is open 24 hours. The owner is very accommodating, professional, and kind. This is the best hotel we visited while in Yerevan.

Amazing hotel, Owner is very communicative and gladly helps out with any requests you may have, Rooms are spotless and comfortable with more than suitable amenities, Would recommend to anyone looking for a space to stay in Yerevan🤩

I give a 1 star review for the communication and impolite approach. I decided to give a chance to this accommodation despite the bad reviews that I've seen on Google from a small group of people because the apartment was close to the city center and it looked good. After I booked a room on Booking, the owner sent me a message to contact him/her on Whatsapp to confirm my reservation even if I already had the confirmation email from Booking in my Inbox. When I asked for the reason and I firmly stated that I would prefer to discuss via Booking, the owner had an impolite approach. I ended up cancelling the reservation.

The room was nice and cosy. Perfect location. The check in system is very convenient. A lot of thanks to Assiya who let us check in early in the morning.
