The hotel's tours were exceptionally well-arranged. Our guide was not only knowledgeable and helpful but also genuinely funny, making the experiences even more enjoyable. Hotel location is perfect, close to the city center, and Armenia itself was breathtaking for a nature and history lover like me. Armenia and the tour was so amazing that I will most probably repeat it.
The staff truly make the experience special—Elen and George stands out for they kindness and attentiveness, and the whole team are very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast lady’s warm smiles and care added a lovely personal touch despite the language barrier.
