I recently stayed at the guesthouse in V.MOD and it was a truly wonderful experience. The family is amazing — so kind, welcoming, and caring. The room was spotless, very clean and beautifully kept. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the bus station. I felt comfortable and at home throughout my stay. I am so grateful for the hospitality and would definitely recommend this place with love to anyone visiting.”

We stayed with the whole family in June 2025, we liked the hotel, V.mod, it felt like I came to my relatives, very responsive, sensitive people! A huge THANK YOU for everything - it felt like coming home.
During our travels my three friends fell sick and all the hotel personnel did everything that was in their power to help us. Offering water, tea, soup, bread, medicine, taking care of us, whatever they could think of to make us feel better, fulfilling all our wishes.
We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The owners were very lovely, hospitable and friendly. They were trying to help with everything. The food was delicious, too (the cook makes amazing omelettes, cutlets and pancakes). Clean rooms, safe area. We recommend everyone

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! It's super clean and cozy. The co-owner (young lady), who also works at the reception, is really friendly and made us feel so welcome. The other co-owner was also incredibly welcoming and open to chat with. They even gave us free tea or coffee when we arrived, which was a nice touch. They speak English well, so it was easy to communicate. The atmosphere is really calm and peaceful, and everyone there was always smiling. We expected it to be little bit closer to the centre but had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

A good, family hotel, located between the airport and the center of Yerevan, near the central bus station. The hotel staff are responsive, will help with all questions. They cook breakfasts, dinners themselves (I didn’t get to lunch, I don’t know)), everything is delicious, home-style. I arrived a bit late for dinner, but they quickly set the table for me and didn’t leave me hungry. You can walk to the center of Yerevan in 20-30 minutes. The Ararat winery is nearby, if you are interested, you can go there on an excursion. The hotel is convenient for transit guests, for whom it is not important to be in the center of Yerevan and for those who are traveling further to the airport or bus station.

We stayed here twice on our way to/from Cyprus. A very nice, warm, homely hotel! Many thanks to Suzanne for her hospitality, it was very comfortable and cozy. Everything is simple, family-like) The hotel is not far from the airport, you can get there quickly, and the center is a 20-minute leisurely walk away. Delicious pancakes for breakfast and excellent herbal tea )))

I booked two rooms (VIP and standard) on the second floor for a night. The rooms are clean, bright, with everything necessary for living. Susanna the host and the staff of the hotel are great: benevolent and polite. For any arrangements, I advise you to write to Susanna in WhatsApp (contacts are on the hotel website). She is very responsive. The hotel has a nice cafe. It would be even better if it had vegan menu options. Location is convenient - between the international airport and the center of Yerevan, near the car station - we quickly reached the city center by bus. I sincerely recommend V Mod Hotel, I'm glad that we stayed there. Definitely will choose this hotel for my future visits to Yerevan.

Small hotel owned by a very kind and generous family. The meals are homemade and traditional, which is a great experience. The hotel is new, so it is very clean. The staff is very friendly. They are eager to help you feel like you are in home, and they are very open to feedbacks.
