The rooms were clean and the location was good, but the breakfast was nowhere near 4-star quality. Every day there were only two types of hot items — one was sausage and the other varied. Very little variety, and the bread quality was poor…”

Small, well maintained, quiet and comfortable. Close to the main city shopping area, cafes and restaurants. Excellent breakfast.

Thank you!
I mixed up the 1000 and 10000AMD bills at the reception, because they look pretty much the same. The staff returned it and told me to be careful with these bills.
Thank you!
They are very polite, nice and honest people!
The rooms are clean and everything is just fine.
Location is just fine.
Wish you all the best.

Great choice for travellers! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast it's ok, nothing too special. The reception people are really kind. Highly recommend. (If you are staying in Yerevan I recommend to book an hotel and not stay in a guest house. It'gonna be more safe)

Extremely horrible experience at the hotel! The reception is extremely very rude and arrogant.

They do not refill the bathroom with toiletries and literally have to beg them for everything. In addition the attitude is horrible.

The breakfast is terrible!

Highly disappointed and don’t recommend anyone staying at this hotel.

I would not recommend to stay in this hotel. Mattress so hard as there is no mattress at all on the bed. The chair is also just upholstered, without any layer inside. No mini bar, no bottle of water in the room, no blankets. When I arrived at 5 pm I could not order breakfast for early check out at night. At 5 pm there was hot water with not strong water pressure, but at night when I was leaving there was no hot water at all in the shower. Thanks we had tooth kits and towels. And the most annoying were mosquitoes at night. We had been bitten all of us

Firstly, I want to acknowledge the hotel for its cleanliness and beautiful spacious rooms. However, the staff completely disappointed me and left a bitter taste in my mouth. First and foremost, this hotel claims to be a four-star establishment, which I find to be greatly overrated. Parts of the staff is unfriendly and impolite towards guests, and the breakfast provided is mediocre at best. It seems that the hotel has significant internal administrative or managerial issues. I had a particularly unpleasant encounter with the hotel's laundry service. When I handed in my clothes for cleaning, I was surprised to be approached by an elderly lady asking for cash payment on my last evening. I had explicitly mentioned that I wanted to pay with a card since I didn't have any cash on me. The hotel staff informed me that cash payment was the only option for the laundry service and that it had to be made directly to the elderly lady. This struck me as very suspicious since clothes are usually dropped off and picked up at the reception and charged to the room. I requested a receipt for the laundry service, which seemed to agitate both the elderly lady and the receptionist. It was clear to me that this situation reeked of unprofessionalism. As a result, I had to make an extra trip to an ATM to withdraw cash, which unfortunately led to my card being blocked due to an ATM error. After approximately 40 minutes, I returned to the hotel, and somehow the issue was resolved, and I was able to pay with my card (!!!). However, when I expressed my dissatisfaction to the hotel staff, they seemed to have little understanding or concern for my experience. I was left extremely disappointed and with a bitter taste in my mouth, along with a blocked card in a foreign bank. Furthermore, despite the hotel claiming to accept card payments, it is not always the case in practice. I inquired about the identity of the lady who demanded cash from me since I had handed my clothes to the reception and expected to collect them from there. The staff informed me that she was a cleaning lady responsible for the laundry service. It is quite surprising for a supposedly reputable four-star hotel to have a contract with a cleaning lady for laundry services. In addition to these issues, I did not receive the requested invoice for the laundry service. Overall, this entire experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I will certainly never return to this hotel. After posting this review on Google, I received an extremely rude response from the hotel management, who attempted to divert the entire discussion as if I had caused a scene or sought a confrontation with the hotel due to the laundry service, which is not true. They tried to put me in a negative light because I asked the receptionist if this hotel is indeed a 4-star establishment. In my opinion, it has a maximum of two stars. The hotel management replied that I had addressed the receptionist "rude". I was extremely shocked and unp

During my 5-day stay at Hotel Alpha, I was unfortunately disappointed by a few aspects of my experience. The breakfast, while simple, became repetitive quite quickly. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed rather indifferent and often lacked basic greetings or friendly interactions. I witnessed this behavior towards many guests, including myself, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The rooms were also quite noisy, as the soundproofing was inadequate. This made it difficult to relax and unwind. While the housekeeping staff were polite and helpful, the overall housekeeping system seemed inefficient. I understand that these might be the standards for a 3-star hotel, but considering the relatively high prices in Yerevan compared to other cities and the favorable exchange rate for hotels in Armenia, I expected a higher level of service. There is certainly room for improvement.

I spent 3 nights in this hotel, just steps from Koryun Street, in an excellent location. Its location is precisely the hotel's strong point. I honestly can't give a positive review of the 3 nights, quite the opposite! The incessant noise of the refrigerator running all night is still ringing in my ears... But maybe that was the only problem... Have you ever seen anyone sleep in August at almost 40 degrees Celsius on a bed so hot that it would have been ideal if it were November? Maybe not you, but I (alas, yes). "Sleep" is absolutely not the right word after leaving so much sweat on the pillow (it was really hot!!) and maybe barely 5-6 hours a night. Otherwise, the cleanliness was good and the breakfast was good, although not particularly extensive. I want to point out that this hotel was my last-minute choice (when I booked it, I had just arrived at the airport in Yerevan!) due to the last-second cancellation of the previous hotel. It is easy to reach by taxi in 30 minutes from the airport at a cost of around 5000 dram or, as happened to me, 15€ on the way there.
