The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly, making the hotel a charming and safe choice. However, the self-service breakfast could be more complete. If you’re looking for a calm place with good access, I recommend staying here

The staff at this hotel are very kind and the location is good, with walkable distances to the sights of central Yerevan. The hotel has some shortcomings. The air circulation in my room was poor. There was always a stale smell. The windows could not be opened and running the ventilation fans in the ceiling made no difference. The fans were too noisy to use at night. There was mould around the window and on the shower grouting. The room was not very inviting with grey walls and cold white ceiling lights. There was a small refrigerator and a kettle, but no tea or coffee. Breakfast was advised from 8-10, but did not get laid out until 8:20 on some days. This made the timing tight for me on two days when I had tours departing at 9. On a day when I had to leave before 8, I asked and the hotel staff did let me have breakfast at 7:30, which I appreciated.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, variety of food, jams, cheese, omelette etc. Room was clean. Safe box in the room. A lot of traffic noise.

Great hotel for its price. Good location near the center of Yerevan and the staff is super friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

It has been a pleasure stay as a first time tourist in armenia. Although the facility can be more enhanced. But the friendly and very accommodating staff makes the experience perfect. Id like to commend Rusana, Armine, Sarquis and Armen . Kudos to them for making our stay memorable. Its a hotel but it feels like home. We didnt even feel that we're in a different country.

I rate 5 star to this hotel by considering this is a 3 star hotel. A clean hotel with very nice stuffs. Break fast is normal. Great location just straight to the public square. It is a small hotel in two floor. The only negative point is lacking the elevator but it is not important by considering many positive items. Thanks a lot to the management. It is highly recommend
