Very good, clean hotel. The downsides were the lack of variety at breakfast (but that's minor) and the terrible soundproofing—you could hear absolutely everything happening in other rooms/on other floors.

I stayed there for a night and the receptionist guy names Minas was an angle there which helped a lot and spoke a decent English language..

Clean, with delicious breakfasts. It's centrally located, though a bit noisy due to the nearby road. The room had everything I needed.

Very good budget hotel close to centre.
Helpful staff. Provided packed breakfast as had to leave early & helped with taxi as late for the airport.

Lovely Hotel with friendly staff. Only minor things to improve such as turning the heating down on the whole it was very very hot and have to leave the window open.

Other than that only a small bin in the room be better if there was two.

Location is great next to supermarkets and not far from airports and the center of yerevan .

Needed a room for the night that was not in the center. Room was very large and clean. Breakfast was included but I didn't eat it because I had to leave earlier than breakfast hour.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Amenities included shampoo, body wash, towels, toothbrushes, and cotton swabs, along with a large refrigerator, hair dryer, kettle, cups, and plates. Considering the hotel's capacity, the breakfast selection was quite substantial! A side note for winter visitors: early mornings in Yerevan can drop to nearly -10°C, but the hotel is warm enough to comfortably wear a T-shirt and shorts.

Spacious and well-equipped room with everything needed. Was very warm in December with central heating blasting (can be turned off). Healthy things at the buffet breakfast. Kind and polite stuff too. Close to the tourist center. The only downside was the air in the area due to many car repair shops and private houses with wood heating. Opening a window meant letting all the smog into the room.

Very friendly staff, nice spacious rooms. The first room we got didn't have a curtain that fit, but the receptionist gave us an upgrade to a room where the curtains fit.
