The hotel's location is good; the city center is about a 20-minute walk away. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and inexpensive via an app. Cleanliness and the staff's English skills were also positive aspects.

On the downside, the spa area had poor ventilation, the steam room had an unpleasant odor, and the jacuzzi was too cold. Breakfast was okay, but rather basic. The pushy staff at breakfast was particularly bothersome, and dishes that were in use were often cleared away too late.

The sign at the entrance says 5 stars 🌟, but Ctrip shows it as 4 stars. The rooms were quite clean and nice; it's not far from the attractions, the hotel is quite new, the service was good and the staff were very polite, and the price was reasonable.

Nice hotel, quite beautiful. Probably even better in summer when the outdoor pool is open. We couldn't use the indoor pool, which was the main reason we came; it might have been closed. There's convenient covered parking.

Very new hotel with nice staff and great breakfast!

The worst hotel to visit. The linen is so old and uncomfortable that it is not possible to sleep in. We ordered the most expensive steak and the salad and instead of the ingredients mentioned in the menu we got completely different things, such as French fries instead of broccoli, no avocado or caviar in the salad as mentioned in the menu. And the most shameful of all that was that after calling us to the room and apologizing, saying it was the first working day of their new chef, at the end they brought the bill for all the above mentioned food we had ordered but never got.
P.S. We paid the bill, did not eat anything and did not stay even an hour.
SHAME ON YOU AND ALL YOUR STAFF! Do not Recommend at All!!!
