Its very convenient to book this room as it is very near to the city center, the republic square,restos and supermarkets.
The room is very clean and comfortable.

We stopped for one night while passing through. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner met us at the door. I texted from the airport with my estimated travel time, and they were waiting for us. It's clean, quiet, and cozy. The room has everything you need: a kettle, cups, and even cooking utensils and a stove. There's air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, a small refrigerator, and an in-room safe. The bathroom has closed soap, clean towels, mini shampoos, and disposable slippers. The location is convenient. I'm so glad my husband and I chose this place. The room is very quiet and dark at night—perfect for sleeping! We'd happily stay here again if we find ourselves in Yerevan.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Khachatur, the hotel owner! The location is simply perfect and extremely convenient. The room is clean, beautifully and comfortably furnished. It's beautifully designed and has all the amenities, including a stove, ironing board, iron, kettle, cleaning supplies, towels, slippers, and more. Plus, the owner treated me to peaches in the morning. I highly recommend it!
