We arrived 3am with two 30kg baggage and were looking for a person, reception or a number to response. everywhere closed at that time, we were lucky new owner watching us by cctv, came and helped us to find new hotel, also told us they already asked all booking platforms to remove it but have same problem every month
The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big and clean too. The breakfast was served in the room and was very good. I am not sure how, but some parts of the floor were heated (which I personally liked :) )
The hotel staff were very efficient and courteous - one of them even booked a taxi for me on her app since I was having issues with mine.
