Arch Apart Hotel in Yerevan

I was excited to stay at the Arch Apart hotel , I was staying approximately 2 mins away and didn’t like the place so wanted to change here , I called them and they sent me a link and since I’m very close I informed them that I will stop by to check the rooms as reviews in Armenia in general can’t be relied on , after locating the entrance which is in a hidden alley and the weirdest building entrance ever , I texted them and called to know ok which floor , no response for over an hour , I literally checked floor by floor , their website, it’s not mentioned , I found them on 8th floor eventually , knocked the main entrance door , again NO RESPONSE , we are talking 7 pm midday in August literally in a very high season , they responded a couple of hours later saying quote “The working day is over” screenshot below , after which they said in the same text message we will be calling you back … If you can’t text me on which floor your on , that I certainly can’t trust this place one bit of my stay , with this unprofessional and unreliable customer service I felt it was a clear red flag if you encounter through any trouble during your stay , you will be completely left out .

When booking, I was only attracted by the location. They are good, everything is close by. Then some kind of hell began! The administrator with a clearly expressed displeasure on her face accepted the payment, which did not want to go through my card, neither the Russian MIR card, nor the Kazakh Mastercard, I had to go to the first floor to withdraw cash (
When checking into room 701, it turned out that the TV was not configured, it only works through applications or through broadcasting via phone. There are huge gaps between the tiles and the laminate on the kitchen floor. The shower stall does not close completely, and every time after taking a shower on the warm floor (it is apparently for drying these huge puddles) a lake the size of Sevan is formed. There used to be a hygienic shower near the toilet, but now it is gone, only a "sad" holder on the wall remains. Cleaning is done according to the scheme, wipe the floor with a DRY rag and that's it, the stains in the bathroom from the lake are clearly visible! No one washed the dishes during cleaning and was not going to wash them even once, everything was done by myself.
But the most interesting thing: when I indicated that the coffee machine doesn't work, the administrator decided to cheat me out of money so that she could do the repairs at my expense. And she corresponded in WhatsApp in a rude manner. About the fact that the microwave doesn't work, it shows an error and simply doesn't open the door and the buttons don't respond. I didn't report it, otherwise they would have pinned it on me as well.
