Airport Hotel Sydney in Sydney

Harry's Bar and Grill is connected to the Hotel I stayed in...So , I wondered down to the restaurant about8.00pm. It seats about 50 and I noticed there was about 16 customers , most had meals already , so I expected to get my meal fairly quickly.

I am a Chef.. I was on business .... I ordered the Salmon.. Thinking , that won't take long.
So I ordered a bottle of Savignon Blanc and waited. and waited..and waited... I asked the waitress who was Harry? She said , " That's him in the kitchen" It's an open kitchen and Harry , to my surprise was wearing a business shirt and nothing on his head...
I finished the bottle of wine without a meal being presented.. Mind you , a couple sat down at the next table and got their meals before me....

After several other customers who arrived later than me , got fed , finally A small piece of salmon arrives to my table with the salad I ordered , and another bottle of wine.

While wondering why my meal was taking so long to cook , I noticed several Uber Eats drivers coming and going...
So over all Harry , a very disappointing evening in your restaurant. The food was okay , but a few suggestions.
Wear a chefs Uniform if people can see you cooking mate! And a HAT!
Feed your immediate customers before Uber Eats and certainly don't leave a single diner waiting while tables around him are getting fed!
