Great stay... but could use more towels.
Room was great, plenty of space and very useful.
Only complaint... needed a few more towels. There were plenty of shower towels, but no hand towels or wash rags. Made things a little difficult, but manageable.
Overall the stay was great, we would definitely do it again!

Towels were only changed every two days, and the room was not cleaned daily. The front desk service is average, the location is convenient, close to the University of Sydney, the price is relatively high, but it is suitable for a family stay.

Across the road from Sydney University, in a very quiet area, there are supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance, and there are many bus lines at the door that go directly to every corner of Sydney. The apartment is very large and the kitchen facilities can meet the needs of simple cooking. The stay experience is very good. Recommended!

The room was not cleaned even though a cleaning sign was hung. The hotel said that hanging a cleaning sign was useless and that I had to tell the front desk in person. This was the first time I encountered such a thing. Hanging a cleaning sign was useless, so why bother preparing a cleaning sign?

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. When we arrived at 3:00pm on the day, the room was not ready yet, it was very dirty and wet. However, the check-in time was 2:00pm.

We stayed there for 4 days but they only cleaned the room once.

Despite requesting a proper cleaning the next day, all they did was change the rubbish bin and did not even vacuum the floors.

When we asked the staff for assistance, they were rude and unhelpful.

The service and cleanliness were well below acceptable standards, and it made our stay quite unpleasant.

Its got a hipster vibe to it. The waitresses are friendly but sometimes can be hard to get their attention when it is a busy time. I have been here many times before mainly because of the location being close to the city but not really in the city.
As far as food and coffee is concerned, it is mainly good overall. I have always ordered the same type of burger and coffee. It is good but not really what I would call memorable.
There are plenty of parking spots on the street either 1p or 2p but it is a challenge at times to find a vacant one. Once you do find a spot just be sure to note how long you are supposed to be there as the parking rangers can be quite vigilant and I am sure you don’t want your $30 meal to turn into a $300 meal. The music in the restaurant can be quite loud at times but the staff are happy enough to turn it down if requested nicely.
I would not hesitate to come back here again just be prepared for the parking situation if you are driving. It is along busy parramatta road with plenty of bus stops nearby so taking public transpo may be a better more convenient option.

Friendly and efficient service, we enjoyed the setting, complete with what we saw of the retail store side. Delicious meals, came out fairly quickly considering our group size and being busy with pre-Christmas gatherings.

Pretty good Thai food here,we ordered takeaway and the food came out fast and we didn't have to ask for cutlery. Pad kee moa was nice but it didn't have much flavour to me and my papaya noodles in curry sauce was just another version of laksa. Plenty of people sitting in eating,a good option if your near the hospital

The food isn't too bad. My colleagues claimed to get sick from here but I haven't had a bad meal yet from them. The menu is a bit overpriced and ordinary. I come here if I'm stuck for a meal choice at work.

I had the calamari for entree and it wasn’t worth $13 or that great. However the Tofu Pad Thai for $14 was delish and was a very generous serving!
Atmosphere is just ok, the front door not on automatic close is un-comfortably chilly when sitting by the door. We had to move mid meal away from the door, then it was fine.
