The food wasn’t great ,the location was pretty good.overall not a place we would come back.

Cons: Our windows faced the road, and the noise was so bad it felt like there were no walls. Sleeping was terrible; cars drove by all night. It's also best not to get a room facing the pool/ocean, as there's loud music and parties every day. Those rooms are even worse. Parking costs $45. Some of the ocean-view pools are closed, apparently only accessible to those attending the parties, and everyone comes in from the street. This is the main party spot. They didn't provide water in the rooms after check-in. They wouldn't let my 10-year-old daughter into the sauna or the indoor pool to warm up, and it was very cold outside. The rooms were tidy, though it was clear the renovation was poorly done and things were falling apart. Breakfast was decent.

Good hotel but the out door swimming pool need heater to keep warm especially you not allowed kids to swim in indoor swimming pool that has control temperature to keep it warm.

The room facilities are outdated. The hotel exterior has been renovated, but the interior is still very old and shabby, leaving a very poor impression 👎. I left my jacket at the front desk for storage, and when I retrieved it from the warehouse, I found fly larvae. I was terrified 😦, and now I'm worried about the hygiene inside.

The renovated gym is nice, but the adjacent swimming pool 🏊 feels a bit small overall.

The beach outside faces the airport and large cargo ships, giving a strong impression of pollution.

I do not recommend this hotel. The service was inattentive; there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room, and it took 2 hours for them to be brought up 🥲. The toilet had a very thick layer of limescale, making it seem like it wasn't cleaned properly.

There's no view outside the room; it's all blocked.

The hotel is located at a very beautiful location. The check in personnel by the name of Gabriella was a very pleasant and helpful person. The room are reasonably spacious and clean. The only comment I have was that the bottled water were only supplied for the first night and no replenishment on subsequent night.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful!
The room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning sea view. There was also a swimming pool downstairs, where we could relax while enjoying the ocean scenery up close. The location was very convenient, just a short distance from the airport, making it perfect for travelers.
Thanks to that, my husband and I had a beautiful morning watching the breathtaking sunrise over the sea.
Everything was perfect, making our day truly fulfilling and happy.

Loved our little weekend at the Novotel… king room was very spacious and comfortable….
On the downside we were right ontop of the bar so unless you like thumping music until midnight, request a room elsewhere … otherwise loved the resort feel atmosphere
