The location is fantastic, with all the major attractions within walking distance. Dining and shopping are super convenient, and there are pharmacies and department stores nearby. The room is a bit small with basic facilities, and one of the bedside lamps was broken. The bathroom is also tiny. There was a slight odor in the room, and the air conditioning was quite loud. Soundproofing isn't great, but overall, it's decent value for money.

Great for a few days in Sydney. Simple hotel with decent studios, well equipped kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Very close to the center. The check in experience and the team at reception would probably need a bit more training on how to welcome guests.

The hotel reception was friendly, and the rooms were spacious and equipped with a washer and dryer and a kitchen, making them very convenient for a long-term stay. There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby (including Sichuan and Hunan cuisine, ma la tang, and rice noodle rolls), and the Broadway shopping mall is also nearby, making shopping very convenient. UTS is also very close, with all the aforementioned places within a 10-minute walk. If you require housekeeping, just hang a sign at the door, but it seems room service is not available on Sundays. Overall, the hotel is very good. One area that could be improved might be the somewhat poor soundproofing.

The room was clean and tidy. The internet connection was terrible. Although someone came to fix it, it was still as bad. The hotel couldn't offer to change rooms. I guess it was just bad luck. The internet connection was terrible. Everything else was good.

It was overall a pleasant stay. My only complaints are that they didn’t provide room slippers and that the extra bed was very uncomfortable. The beds that came with the room were amazing though.

In room washer dryer dish washer good air conditioning fridge wine glasses pots stoves etc made my stay convenient and comfortable. Very friendly staff and helpful. Quiet and convenient location to get around by uber. Will highly recommend

Ordered my favorite...the Crispy bacon & avocado salad with chicken tenderloins. The bacon was perfectly crispy & the chicken was just right. One word = delicious. :P Would recommend.

Service staff were rude and unhelpful, the food presentation was bland and portions were almost kid sized. I asked for mild chicken for my young son and it came out hot. It seemed like they mightve cooked it on the same spot as the hot options. Be careful if you have small children or big expectations

We ordered whole chicken and it was great. The only bad experience is that utensils and plates were NOT clean!! Even if you change them, you can see either some soaps or food remnants. Disgusting!

Will never go back and recommend you dont either. Unless you want to eat with dirty dishes.
