Very accommodating staff, we arrived late in the night, and upon leaving, they helped us to book an airport shuttle and store our luggage. Hotel provides free tea, coffee, and water

Lovely hotel located close to Central station, allowing easy travel all round the city. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had an urgent matter at the bank and could not check out by 10:00 a. At 10:30, we received a notice from the hotel asking us to check out immediately, otherwise a late charge would apply if we stayed until 1:00 p

Possibly your management does not care about the service standards at all, which is why such unprofessional staff are employed. This incident seriously affected our mood and disrupted the rest of our trip

Even at that point, the ********* male employee continued to show a hostile attitude. All the staff at the front desk kept pressuring us to pack up and leave, and none of them showed any courtesy

This hotel offers excellent value for money. It's incredibly convenient, with a direct train from the airport (T8) and just across the street from Museum Station – super helpful if you're traveling with luggage

What really impressed us was their flexibility: we arrived on May 1st at 10 AM, fully expecting to wait for check-in since it's common practice abroad, but they let us check in early since a room was available

The Chinese lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful, assisting us with language barriers, transportation, breakfast, and various other issues. She was so enthusiastic and genuinely touched us

Absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, directly opposite Hyde Park and very close to the shopping streets. There are all sorts of dining options within 500 meters

Oh, and the 'breakfast included' they mention? It's literally in the fridge. no actual breakfast restaurant. You'll find simple Western fare like bread, milk, and juice

The hotel's location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to Museum Station, directly across from Hyde Park, and less than a ten-minute walk to Town Hall

The hotel is clean, the rooms are large, and the air in the rooms is fresh thanks to the central air conditioning. The pool is unlikely to be a favorite among most guests. It's very small and heavily chlorinated

The location is extremely convenient, but the view from the window is not great, as it overlooks the garbage collection area below. The service is decent, though the amenities and towel service are somewhat limited.

There are power outlets right by the bed, facing downwards, so if your adapter isn't tight, it might fall out. However, there are USB and USB-C ports directly, which is super convenient

The best part is its location right by Central Station. Trains, buses, and all kinds of transport converge here, offering excellent connectivity and making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere

Pretty good. The facilities are well-equipped, and there's staff for cleaning. The shower comes with shower gel, which is very convenient.

The hotel's location is excellent, right above a tram station. Although the bathroom is outside the room, the overall experience was still good

The room is tidy and clean. It is cleaned every day. The location is right in the urban area. There are many breakfast shops and restaurants, which is convenient and fast

We had an issue and the supervisor and her staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok

We had such a tremendous time at The Macleay in Sydney. First and foremost the location is perfect. We had not stayed at Potts Point before but this hotel is centrally located within that area

We would stay here again the next time we visit Sydney. It was also nice of the hotel to offer us the option to freshen up, have a shower etc before our flight home in the evening even though we checked out was at 11am

Traveling with friends, we booked two rooms. The hotel is relatively clean. You can take the subway from the airport to the hotel and transfer to another one. The hotel is about 700 meters away from the station

We had a lovely stay in a Harbour view room. Great view too! The room was perfect for our needs especially since we have a toddler and the kitchenette came in handy! The location is great

The room felt a bit small, but it wasn't a big inconvenience since my trip was more about outdoor activities than a staycation. Plus, having dishes and cutlery available to prepare light meals was a bonus

Considering the prices of accommodations near Sydney's city center, this place in Newtown, just a few subway stops away, offered great value for money

Drink on arrival was very welcomed. Great location but my room was outside lift and positioned over street,,,,, very noisy. Will get a room towards back next time. And there will be a next time

Staying in Newtown also gave me the opportunity to visit the local vintage shops and cafes, making for a very satisfying stay

However, if you are staying on Level 1, be aware that there can be some noise from passing cars, especially during busy traffic times. Light sleepers may want to request a higher floor

The hotel's central location in the city center, surrounded by attractions and delicious food, added to the overall satisfaction. Highly recommend to friends visiting Sydney

YEHS Hotel Sydney CBD is in a very convenient location, right in the heart of the city. It’s close to the light rail, Chinatown, the Chinese Garden of Friendship, and many bars, pubs, and restaurants

The standard check-in time is around 2–3 pm. The staff offered early check-in around 12–12:30 pm if we liked them on Instagram with their individual names, which was surprising and not a standard hotel practice

Service was average and amenities very basic. Had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bar soap. The space was pretty tight for 2 people and no extra table space for work

  We booked this hotel for one night between two other stays, as extensions were not available. The hotel feels more like a backpacker-style property

The room was quite small (as shown in the photo), and the bed area was compact. Some rooms are advertised with windows, but the window cannot be opened and only faces the wall of another building

The room at world square was spotless.. it was close to everything .. I highly recommend APX World Square

The bathroom was missing toilet paper, and the towels had some dust on them, so I had to go to the front desk to get new ones myself

A pleasant surprise was the in-room washer and dryer, which dried clothes really fast! The kitchen was large and fully equipped, and the air conditioning worked perfectly

The room was quite spacious and even had a balcony, though it felt like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly before I arrived

The motel is very good, clean and near central station. And it was quiet, so we didn't get any disruption.

It's an old but very well refurbished hotel. The room is clean, microwaves and other basic utensils are also clean. The staff are friendly as well.

Always a memorable stay at The Establishment! We have stayed here a number of times and we cannot fault the team at The Establishment. It’s certainly a favourite of ours in Sydney

I checked in smoothly at midnight, and they even helped me book a taxi to the airport, which was cheaper than Uber. · **Good sleep:** The window faced an inner courtyard, so it was very quiet at night

I had to specifically ask the receptionist to command cleaning staff to do the minimum cleaning of room and bathroom but even after that the level of cleaning inside the restaurant I’m is far below expectations and minimum

· **Cleanliness beyond expectations:** Many older hotels have questionable carpets, but this one has faux wood flooring, so you can walk barefoot without getting dusty

The bathroom was free of mold, and the towels were pristine white and thick, which is better than many four-star hotels. · **24-hour front desk:** This is crucial when traveling internationally

it may be a little difficult to find the main entrance the first especially with luggages and the very different transportation options by google map but once u settled the location is excellent to anywhere

my stay was especially pleasure as all my meetings in downtown near QVB, China Town etc, a fifteen min walk was a great way to start and end the day. not to mention choices of eateries and perhaps a chill at Hyde park

The location is really great, with many trendy brunch spots nearby. It was lovely to spend a relaxed time with a park for strolls and museums close by. The hotel staff were friendly, and the room condition was excellent

Small pool which is nice in summer, small gym with enough equipment for a work out, spa right next to pool which is dated but very nice after a work out or following lots of walking throughout Sydney

Facilities were let down a little by old fittings, old air conditioning units, lights, lamps, power-points etc. Otherwise nothing to mention... Staff did an excellent job in responding to our every request!

The location was brilliant, they had a little sitting area just to the side of the pool which was very handy for us while we waited for late flight

I never leave reviews but really enjoyed my stay here; my boyfriend and I flew in from Brisbane really late and I also only booked that afternoon, they messaged and gave me access to the app, it was so easy to enter and nice and close to the train station

Room was small but comfortable. Location was great (near but not in red light district, lots to see!), near great inexpensive food and transportation (at Kings Cross metro). Great service!

I will definitely be coming back, it felt like home away from home but better. (My bf said come on, 4 stars cause the lift was so slow but it ended up just being funny racing it to the top)

We have stayed at Cremorne Point Manor several times time and always enjoy our experience. The location is fantastic and accommodation is always comfortable and clean. I love the decor and feel of the place

One of the highlights was the beautiful walk down to the old Cremorne ferry each morning, such a lovely way to begin and end each day. The location is so central yet feels calm, quiet, and surrounded by nature

Very nicely located hotel for local transport, hospital, university, clean, with spacious and airy rooms. Mattress was though softer to my liking.

It was fully equipped with practical amenities like a washing machine and dryer, which made our multi-night stay very convenient. On top of that, parking was extremely easy thanks to the onsite underground car park

We had to go in the bar to check in. The staff was accomodating. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. The building is old but clean and would stay there again if it permits.

This was of no concern to us, we were not asked questions by the police, It's just that the police had the only staff working that night, attending to their needs
