This place is DISGUSTING! PAY EXTRA AND STAY ELSEWHERE.. i read reviews about this place and one said to request prior to arrival for a room that has been renovated. I did and they confirmed that we were booked into one of the newer rooms. On arrival they put us into a s#*t room from the 1980s. I requested they move us and they said they were fully booked. Asking for a refund suddenly opened up a renovated room for us. BE WARY! Though the new room looked better it felt like it hadnt been cleaned properly and the room had a permanent stench that was so bad we had to leave the sliding door open the whole stay. We also had to wash all the linen due to the stink. (Reception was advised but we were told everything was washed before our arrival 'yeah right') the bathroom was mouldy had stuff stuck in the drain! Soo gross.. Overall i would not recommend any friends or family to stay here. Its absolute RUBBISH !

Terrific location but this hotel is a bit dated. Mold on the bathroom ceiling is a lowlight but the bed is comfortable and the shower is great.

Reception staff were great!! Apartment was tastefully appointed. BBQ, pool and spa was relaxing and welcoming. Location is fantastic, being close to everything including the beach.

This place is fantastic. I relaxed here for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything that I needed. One of the best things about my stay was the location. I parked my car in the underground carpark and didn't have to move it all the time I was there. The beach, attractions, restaurants and much more are all available within easy walking distance. The tram stops 400m away so you can take a trip to places further afield easily. Oh and I forgot you are not stuck in a high rise with air con- you can open the windows - you have fresh air!!! Tamara, the manager, was always at the end of the phone when needed and was very friendly and accomodating. I will definately be staying here again when visiting the Gold Coast.

I will definitely stay here again! I love the location, looking over the pool, the relaxed feeling of the place. Felt safe and secure. Having a washer and dryer was really convenient. Was so good to be able to cook a meal. Really happy!

I was here on 31/12/17 at around 1:30-2am and i was served twice by a buff, tattooed man named Andrew! by far the best customer service ive ever experienced at a subway store. He made the tastiest vege pattie sub ever and listened to my strange requests for my sandwiches. keep up the awesome work Andrew! 5 stars every time for andrew

Terrible service couldn't get rid of us soon enough. Had to go back to get the rest of the meal they left out. Then while sitting inside eating the meals purchased got rained on by the leaking aircon. Definatly don't recommend.

Hello Subway, I came here last year and I got my usual meatball sub. Well, that afternoon I vomited from it and I didn't even eat half it tasted so gross. I will never go back because I feel sorry that people are still going there!

1. Please make your customer service better. They don't put enough condiments on there!

2. I would possibly go back to this place if you put more fresh ingredients on your subs. Maybe try certified organic?

This experience has made me lose my appetite for subway FOREVER. I have also told all my friends and family about this scenario.

Pros: Good location
Cons: Had a long wait for food that we weren’t advised for. One out of three meals came out approximately 10 minutes after the first two and had a big part of egg shell still on the poached egg. No apology or care given from staff which seriously drew the line for us.

Sign had fallen off the cups for prices, when we asked the response was less than I believe acceptable.

Also ordered a double shot with cold milk..... got the cold milk and no coffee .... really? ... you didn't think gee that seems like an odd ordered and double check it?

Won't be back.

We've been here a few times I found it hit n miss depends on which waitress are on often tables aren't cleared quickly often not wiped down or not wiped properly and although they offer table service the wait for them to take your order can be quite long. Some of the staff just aren't up to it, and don't see what needs to happen, may need better workers or put on an extra person but food and coffee is always good

Don't eat the Caesar salad or order the 'milk' based frappe. The salad is just a bowl of lettuce with store brought ceasar dressing, which is bitter and the lettuce was drowned in it. The croutons were uncooked white bread, ripped up into squares and the frappe was milk powder! I won't be paying the ridiculous price for the putrid food there, ever again. Avoid!

Ordered a coffee off the touch screen and waited for order only to find out after some time that they longer provide this but I could purchase a more expensive coffee instead, walked 20m to Hungry Jacks to get meal instead.
