The hotel location is great. The room too small but fit for 2 person.
It was a very cosy and warm hotel which was great for me and my family.
Its very good and vety clean place
Perfect location and room size is decent for a single person.
V friendly staff n great service. I liked that they have a kitchen n laundry room for guests’ use. Trams to Victoria Market n the city are close by. A short walk to Aldi’s for supplies.  2nd time I’m staying here! Would stay again!

ULTIQA Little Collins, Melbourne1 / 21

Melbourne, 140 Little Collins Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Quiet, comfortable and cozy. ULTIQA is off the main streets, but within easy walking distance of almost everything. If you don't feel like walking, trams run along the main streets on either side of Little Collins Street. They are (currently) free to use within the city precinct. Just up Russell Street, and along Bourke Street, a great variety of restaurants and takeaway food is on offer. In all...
Great spot in the heart of the city. Spacious rooms and fully self contained unit.
Good size modern and spacious apartment. Beds were comfortable. Quiet and excellent location close to city shopping centre and cafeterias. Walk in shower was great. Gavin and Helen provided excellent service and friendly staff. Much appreciated. We will stay again. No complaints.
It was very well priced for a self containedAs I apartment, in little Collins St Melbourne city. But so noisy and with all buildings around you the blinds were kept down most of the time, a bit like being in a fish bowl. You could hear the restaurants dumping all their bottles in the skips in the early hours. As I said great price and position you can walk everywhere, but I probably wouldn't stay...
Comfortable accommodation. Convinent location. Shower requires attention. Booked through velocity points.

The hotel definitely has a convenient side to it, but the room itself left quite a bit to be desired. The first thing I noticed was the smell. Since the hotel sits above a pub, there was a constant pub-like scent lingering through the hallways and even inside the room. Some people might not mind it, but personally it made the space feel less fresh. The carpet also looked like it hadn’t been properly...
I had only positive memories of the hotel; I would love to stay there again. It's ideally located and has excellent transport links, clean, and comfortable. I also liked that the hotel building is old and warm.
Staff were so pleasant and lovely to deal with. Room was perfect for an overnight stay.
Great price, great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, overall id recommend
Room 207 was very good and it would have been even better if it had a toaster and some knives and forks. The hotel staff are terrific.
Comfortable rooms and good showers. There is no lift, and the stairs are quite steep, esp if you are on the second floor. Nice to have a nespresso machine in the room, although we had to ask for refills. No breakfast, but two good breakfast places a few steps away from the hotel. Food in the evening was good, and large outside space for a drink/food.

Very conveniently located in the heart of Melbourne. Hotel is dated and aged but still nice to stay at. Everything works fine and the essentials such as airocondition, TV, access keys,.. have been updated. Lobby staff were helpful and room was very generously sized for such a location.
What a little treasure... firstly - a shout out to the young lady who checked us in the other day (March 2019) - she was one of the FRIENDLIEST and happy workers I have ever seen and it made such a huge difference to our stay. Keep up the good attitude young lady it will take you far! Now for the room... it was OK.... the only downside was after it was cleaned there was a distinct smell of bleach all...
Friendly staff and quite nice rooms considering the price. The location is great. I didn't find anything wrong with the room or hotel in general. I would definitely stay again.
Location is great, just one street away from the mall. Rooms are clean and staff have been very polite.
Room a bit rundown. Noisy lift. Great location.
Great location. The decor is a little dated and when I stayed 8-11 August '17 they have just started renovating the ground and 1st floor. The room was on the top floor and a bit smaller than I expected but it was clean and serviceable since it was just somewhere to sleep. Plenty of nearby places to eat so the lack of on site dining was no issue.

Melbourne, 378 Little Bourke Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The location is extremely convenient, very close to the CBD. The staff are friendly and very pleasant. Although the building and rooms are old, they are clean and comfortable.
The room i had near lane was very noisy most nights, i will stay here again just in a quieter room My idea & housekeeping idea of make room up completely different - i think make bed, clean & tidy room
Great location and excellent service. They let us check in at 7:30 in the morning, which was a huge relief at that hour. The hotel itself was decent. The windows are quite thin, so a lot of noise and cold air came in. Otherwise, it was very good.
The room is spacious, with a cooktop and a sink, which is ideal for cooking. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. However, the utensils including pots and pans were dirty. Although I booked for 2 nights, no shower gel nor hand wash was provided (empty containers). I had to ask the receptionist for toilet paper, as there was only half roll left in the bathroom.
V centrally located; just beside Hardware Lane with all the diff types of restaurants. A 5 min walk to tram stations. An older hotel but still clean with functioning elevator. Room is quite spacious w 1 double and 1 single bed. No bedroom slippers provided. Reasonably priced. Will stay again.
The YTI Garden Hotel was average accomodation with limited amenities provided. Location perfect in the middle of restaurant, cafe, bar surrounding.

This place is walking distance to all the downtown shops. The fabulous Melbourne library is a block away (seriously go check it out) and of course food is just around the corner. We rented a suite at a very affordable price and they provided a cot for our little love. The room was clean and spacious. Every time we entered the lobby, we were greeted with a smile. My only complaint (which is nothing...
great location great staff they were very helpful
We stayed here for 2 nights. Room was a bit old but clean and tidy. Aircon system might be confusing for some people but they are happy to help you to set it. The staff was great and friendly especially Nick, they are really helpful with everything you need. They also provide parking for $35 per 24hrs. Also if you have infant or toddler, they are happy to provide you with high chair and cot with...
Great location being right at Melbourne Central. The rooms and hotel was generally dated, could do with a refurb, but was clean and spacious. Staff were helpful and friendly, would stay here again in future for location alone.
We have stayed here many times and initially the central location was the main draw card. Over time we have come to appreciate the extra space in the rooms and the facilities available. The staff are always efficient and pleasant and we will continue to return
It's a cozy place to stay when you want to see Melbourne. It's located in Melbourne CBD. The Staffs are very friendly. We were staying here from 29 Dec 18 - 2 January 19 (M.C, A.G & J.M) Thank you~😘

Hostel is in a nice position close but outside the CBD's chaos. Shops and train station are within a 10 minutes walk and tram and bus stop are just in front. The area is also very green as it is in between two parks, one of them being the Royal Botanical Gardens, a huge and fantatisc park. Hostel is provided with two kitchens and various type of accommodations, from private room to mixed dorm. In the...
À great place to stay. Not too far from the beach, the city center and south yarra train station and many great restaurants . The receptionist are very friendly. The costumers are young and mostly from overseas. The road in front of the hostel are little bit busy though.
We stayed here for 3 nights, upon arrival there was a mix up of what room we were in which Aaron who works on reception was quick to resolve and everything was fine. The hostel is great value for money, the communal areas were cleaned daily as we saw the cleaners during our stay. My only criticism would be it could do with a refurb as some parts of thr hostel look dated. This wouldn't stop us from...
Great hostel. Wifi was strong. Everything was clean. Staff was very responsive. Price was fantastic. The hostel is about a 20–25 minute tram ride from the Centre of town or a 45 minute walk along the Yarra which was delightful. Trams from outside the door and a station within 5 minutes walking distance. Awesome vibes. Would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Melbourne.

Friendly staff and very good amenity such as heated pools and laundry facilities
This was the most satisfying stay I've had in Melbourne. The location is excellent, the two-bedroom apartment is spacious, and it's fully equipped for living. Best of all, the price was fantastic, offering great value for money! Highly recommended!
Hi, I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the convenient location and the overall peaceful environment. It was a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
We stayed for 3 nights! The location is great! Super close to the Queen market and stations. We enjoy the SPA and swimming pool, the room is nice and clean. Great location. Very convenient for those opt for public transport to travel around.
The room was very large and clean. Highly recommended.
Despite the error made by Trip.com during the booking, the hotel did everything necessary to correct it without any extra charge to the customer. Thank you again! On the other hand, a negative point for Trip.com.
The studio apartment is a small and outdated. I could have paid less staying in Ibis with a more comfortable bed and daily housekeeping.  The location and service is good.
For some reason, during my six-night stay, I interacted with 90% of the staff, and they were all expressionless. I arrived at the hotel around 2:30 PM for check-in. I had booked a triple room, but upon entering, there was only a double bed. The room phone didn't answer when I pressed "reception," so I went to the front desk to inquire. The staff, still expressionless, told me that a colleague would...
We'd booked a self contained one bedroom apartment well in advance and in the meantime did some tooing and froing with dates, but the hotel was patient and always helpful - and the same wonderful service was shown when we checked in. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring the city. We have stayed here before as this hotel never disappoints.

Great location. Nice clean room with all the basics. Bed was great, had a nice sleep.
Lovely stay in a 1 bedroom apartment with river view. Great staff at reception who couldn’t have been more helpful. Amazing view over looking the Yarra river and Southbank. The ****** gas canons going off every hour at night was a surprise attraction. Would definitely stay again.
This hotel was the best value and quality I have experienced in many years
the Wi-Fi is **** which cost me extra data
The location and reception service were excellent. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and before Covid the in‑room dining was a real highlight. Since the restaurant has re‑opened, the in‑room dining service and menu seem to have diminished in quality and variety. The experience felt more like a generic delivery service than the restaurant‑style service the hotel once offered.
The room is spacious and comes with various kitchen utensils. The sofa bed in the living room is also very comfortable. However, avoid staying in a low-floor river view room, as the riverfront is right next to a train track and a road, which might make it difficult to sleep.

Great location, had an issue with the parking on the 2nd night that couldn’t be resolved thru the support services, Had to park in the public parking around the corner. A awaiting the $45 refund.
1 bedroom apartment was very average, you can definitely get nicer accommodations in the CBD for a similar price. Balcony was almost non existent only a small metal frame to stand on, no outdoor seating. The kitchen had a stove top but no pots or pans to use. The bed was very average, I slept ok but it was an old poor quality mattress . Would not stay here again.
The location was great, right in the town of Chinatown. However, reception closes at 8pm. Hence not much security around the hotel at night. Room was big and spacious.
The location is great as it is in the middle of China Town and the rooms have a washing machine and dryer.

It was excellent for us. Everything was good. Special for us was New Years Eve, we could see all the fireworks from our balcony.
This hotel apartment has a fantastic location, right in Melbourne's Green Zone. The most convenient feature is the supermarket on the ground floor, which...
Outstanding service from the front desk. immaculately clean and great location
Located in the center of Melbourne, convenient for travel. The two-bedroom room I booked was very spacious and had a large balcony. I could have given it a full score, but I was not satisfied with the parking. The entrance to the hotel garage is in a small alley at the back and is not easy to find. You need to enter 2 malt house lane in the navigation.
The room is large and spacious. It has everything you need. It is not crowded for four people. The view outside the room is also very good. The location is convenient. You can walk to the city center.
Although it is close to the train station, the soundproofing is good. The hygiene is OK, but the bathtub is broken and there is sticky stuff on the hair dryer. It is very close to the church, train station, etc., very convenient.

Nice hotel, really good location to explore St Kilda, and also penguins
An average hotel with a motel vibe, but a five star price. The bed was comfortable, the aircon was effective and the service from the front desk was quite good... but the bathroom was awkward and the hallways were constantly noisy and the trams were few and far between. In all, extremely overpriced, but tolerable.
Good location for trams to town, 15 minute walk to the beach. Nice clean rooms and reception very helpful.
lovated in st kilda hotel is kind of old but still acceptable for a night of skeep
Nice place for budget stays but can be very noisy due to less sound proofing between walls
I had a great time whilst staying at Barkley on Crest, the room was tidy and clean, service was friendly and helpful, & the continental breakfast had a grand selection at a fair price. I’ve stayed at Barkley two times now and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed both stays. Thank you.

The location of the property is perfect and size of the room was great, but it really lacked beyond that especially in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The guy at the reception was very kind. I called because there was no hairdryer in the room, and he quickly brought one up.
the room was spacious and i was able to checkin slightly earlier and leave my bag there a few hrs prior which was very helpful! the location is convenient but the motel is connected with another business and there is no reception room just a corridor which was fine for me but just don't expect anything fancy, you are paying for what you get and it did the job for me nicely!

This hotel is okay for a one-night stay, as they don't clean the rooms or restock complimentary tea/coffee/milk on subsequent days. There were ants in the room. Room and amenities were extremely clean. While being a pet friendly place, there was no pet smell in the room. Will definitely stay again.
