Quiet, comfortable and cozy.

ULTIQA is off the main streets, but within easy walking distance of almost everything.

If you don't feel like walking, trams run along the main streets on either side of Little Collins Street. They are (currently) free to use within the city precinct.

Just up Russell Street, and along Bourke Street, a great variety of restaurants and takeaway food is on offer.

In all directions, there are lots of things to see and do.

Our apartment is a loft apartment, with the sleeping area and en-suite on the upper floor. Anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs might need to book a different style of room. Downstairs, there is a kitchen and dining area as well as a small laundry area.

Great spot in the heart of the city. Spacious rooms and fully self contained unit.

Terrible place to stay had to walk for ages to get anywhere. Rude staff. Room was dirty and smelt of DAMP. A/C hadn't been cleaned and blew dust all throughout room and door wouldn't lock. Male receptionist was out right aggressive and condescending. Spent alot of money for nothing. Not worth the stay.

Good size modern and spacious apartment. Beds were comfortable. Quiet and excellent location close to city shopping centre and cafeterias. Walk in shower was great. Gavin and Helen provided excellent service and friendly staff. Much appreciated. We will stay again. No complaints.

It was very well priced for a self containedAs I apartment, in little Collins St Melbourne city. But so noisy and with all buildings around you the blinds were kept down most of the time, a bit like being in a fish bowl. You could hear the restaurants dumping all their bottles in the skips in the early hours. As I said great price and position you can walk everywhere, but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

Very expensive for what you get. Meat was good but other than that service was terrible and the toilets were revolting.

Excellent eating experience. Different set meals priced individually and all the food cooked in front of you. Be ready for some ‘party antics’ with the chef!!

we had the last sitting at 9pm. my husband had set 3 and i had set 4, both were amazing and very filling. (although both sets said miso soup, we did not receive it) the environment is really nice, the only thing i found disappointing was our chef was not very interactive with anyone, didnt speak at all until the end when he asked us if we wanted to play a game. i was expecting some tricks whilst cooking, maybe some conversation to make it less awkward at the table as you sit with strangers. but overall a great experience.

Disappointing all round. Hired the private room at the back and their service was terrible. The waitress was looking at her phone all night in the corner and we had ask for everything, which appeared to be a massive effort for her. The manager was rude on arrival and delayed us a half an hour even though the room was clearly empty and ready. Set menu was tiny we all left hungry and the chef did nothing but a couple of games at the end. No atmosphere or entertainment the whole night and nobody seemed to care. Expensive price to pay for a terrible night out. Do not go! the only way they will make an effort is if they start getting quiet in there.

Food is good, but overpriced.
Really small portions, only for people either not hungry or with a petite stomach.

When asked the waitress for bread... she needed to ask the chef??
After five minutes she comes back saying the they do not serve bread during lunch time...

The dessert, chocolate fondant with ice cream, was smaller than a kids size meal.

Come back? no sir, thank you very much.

My brother had his wedding here on the weekend. They have excellent customer service, the set up of the restaurant is beautiful. Unfortunately a couple of dishes were not as nice as the others.

Got there at 6:35 PM and had to be at a show accross the road at 8. Were told we would easily fit 2 courses in by that time so we sat down. We ordered mains AND dessert at 6:45 and didnt get our drinks for 15 minutes and mains arrived at 7:25 the medium steak was below average considering the great reviews. Our table was left cluttered with wine glasses we didnt use and noone came to check on us or clear our table. We ended up paying and walking out before desert came. Only reason its a 3/5 is because the staff were very nice and took dessert off the bill.

Overall wont be returning.

Dined here recently and have experienced the worst customer service of 2017.
Upon presentation of the entertainment book voucher, the head waiter with the glasses had the audacity to laugh at my face loudly. That was completely unprofessional and would explain the other 1 star reviews on the restaurant.

Customer service was strange? The head waiter was incredibly rude and arrogant to customers. When trying to explain dietary requirements he spat at us 'you get what you're given'.

Truly excellent Italian, a table of four couldn't fault a single item. BYO wine which is great for in the city, recommend a later booking if you want a relaxing experience as can get very busy with pre theatre.

Yesterday was the second time I’ve eaten here before a show. We allowed plenty of time. I ordered an entree and a side dish. My husband ordered a pasta main. We enjoyed our meal however my side dish never arrived. When I asked they said well do you still want it. I did. It failed to come quickly and only arrived without time for me to finish it. The first time we went there with 4 people before a show one dish failed to turn up.. I’ll try somewhere else next time
